An apartment that has a prime location in the heart of Barrio de Santa Cruz, the area with more ambiance and charm of Seville: a maze of narrow streets and winding alleys was once the Jewish quarter, and today is full of treasures and various architectural monuments. A very welcoming and close to several places of great interest as the Giralda quarter, the Cathedral, the Royal Palace, the Hospital of the Venerable or the Church of Santa Maria la Blanca. Also in this area, guests will find fine restaurants and all kinds of tapas bars. Inside the apartment respects the historical environment in which it is located, counting at the same time with all the amenities and services. The spacious living area includes open plan living / dining area and fully equipped with everything guests will need during their stay kitchen. This large space is filled with light during much of the day thanks to two balconies with large windows. In a discreet corner, there are two single beds, ideal for the smallest of the house or for occasional guests. The master bedroom is spacious, elegant and bright, decorated in keeping with the rest of the apartment, features modern artwork, marble floors and designer lamps are perfectly integrated into the window frames. For its exceptional location and comfort, this apartment is an ideal place to enjoy a pleasant stay in the vibrant Andalusian capital.

The living room has 2 seater sofa, 2 chairs, coffee table and bookcase with LCD TV. The kitchen has a fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dining table for up to 4 people. To the right of the entrance there is an open space with 2 single beds (0. 80m x 1. 90m) with bedside bedroom. The master bedroom has a double bed (1 50m x 2. 00m) and 2 bedside tables. There is a bathroom with marble floors and shower. In the hallway there is a wardrobe.

Spacious Apartment Well Located

My wife and I are a mature couple who had a wonderful month in Seville and enjoyed our accommodation. We were met by the owner of the apartment when we arrived and she took care to handle any needs that we had when we were there.

The apartment is in a great location, close to the Cathedral of Seville, many excellent restaurants and tapas bars and within easy walking distance to great shopping. The unit is quite spacious and is ideal for a couple for a longer (two weeks or more) stay. Many of the amenities such as clothes washer and dishwasher have been updated including a Nespresso coffee maker.

The owner lives in the same building and was very accommodating. She is a pleasure to deal with!

The service from Spain Select was excellent before our trip and during our arrival. We did not need to contact Spain Select during our stay but our contact assured us that he was available to deal with any issues.

We travel extensively and Seville became one of our favorite cities in the world.

Fantastic Stay!!!

We had a wonderful stay in Seville and the apartment fit our family of 4 perfectly. It was nicely decorated, fully equipped with everything we needed & a fantastic location...walking distance to everything & felt like we were living like the locals. Josephina was lovely and so helpful. We arrived on a Sunday and the stores were closed. She saw we had kids so she ran out and got us milk so the kids could have it until the stores reopened the next day. That is amazing customer service. She gave us great tips & made us feel very welcome. She met us when we were checking out and arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport. We felt as we were her house guests. Lovely lady & lovely apartment.
