Bright and spacious and with a fantastic rooftop terrace, this three bedroom apartment is ideal for a family or group of friends looking for a smart central base in this exciting city. Located in the heart of the historical city centre, in one of Málaga’s most sought-after neighbourhoods, guests are in close proximity to many of the city’s top sights and attractions, including the Cathedral, the Alcazaba and the Picasso Foundation. The nearby Calle de Marques de Larios is the city’s geographical and historical heart, and is the place to go for great shopping and tapas, or simply just to soak up the great atmosphere.The narrow streets and plazas that lead out from the centre contain a wealth of architectural and religious. The Parque de Málaga a lovely green botanical garden, is the place to go for some rest and relaxation for those days when you need to simply escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Malaga has recently undergone extensive development and renovation, and there has never been a better time to visit. The kitchen is brand new and comes fully equipped with everything guests may need during their stay. The master bedroom is large and comfortable with plenty of storage space and a lovely en-suite marble bathroom. The twin and single bedrooms have been decorated in a similar style and share a second marble bathroom. A great location, stylish interior and stunning rooftop terrace make this a great option for anyone looking for a bit of luxury during their time in this exciting city. Surface area: 120 m2 + 64 m2 of terraces. Fifth floor: Entrance leads into the living / dining room furnished with a 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, a wooden coffee table, side table with lamp, a shelving unit with TV and DVD player and a dining area for up to 4 people. This room accesses to the terrace with an outside second dining table and 6 chairs. From this terrace there is access to the upper floor terrace. The kitchen, to the right of the entrance, is fully equipped with a fridge/ freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine /dryer. There are 3 bedrooms (with fitted wardrobes): 1 master (queen-sized bed 1.50m x 2.00m) with 2 bed side tables and en suite marble bathroom with walk-in shower; and 1 twin (2 single beds 0.90m x 2.00m) and 1 single (0.90m x 2.00m). There is a second marble bathroom with walk-in shower. Please note there is laminated flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathrooms and the kitchen, which are tiled.
