In the heart of Málaga, this two bedroom apartment offers an unbeatable combination of luxury interior and a great central location. The apartment is located right in the centre of the city, and is surrounded by a wealth of sights and cultural attractions. Must-see sights within walking distance include the Malaga Alcazaba, the Cathedral and the Picasso Foundation, but the whole neighbourhood  is a maze of narrow winding streets and elegant plazas, perfect for exploring on foot. The nearby streets of Calle Granada and Calle de Marques de Larios are two of the most atmospheric in the city, the beautiful buildings playing host to a diverse mix of shops and services, tapas bars and cafes. Both bedrooms have been decorated in a discrete modern style, with plenty of wardrobe space and marble en-suite bathrooms. Surface area: 105 m2 + 64 m2 of terraces. Fifth floor: Entrance leads into the living / dining room furnished with a 3-seater sofa, one armchair, a large puff, side table with designer lamp, a shelving unit with TV and DVD player and a dining area for up to 4 people. This room accesses to the terrace with an outside second dining table and 6 chairs. From this terrace there is access to the upper floor terrace. The kitchen, to the left of the entrance, is fully equipped with a fridge/ freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine /dryer. There are 2 bedrooms (with fitted wardrobes): 1 master (king-sized bed 1.80m x 2.00m) with 2 bed side tables and en suite marble bath with 2 wash basins; and 1 double (queen-sized bed 1.50m x 2.00m) with en suite marble bathroom with walk-in shower. Please note there is laminated flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathrooms and the kitchen, which are tiled. Upper floor terrace (accessed by a stair case): it is furnished with outside furniture: 1 armchair with coffee table, a double sun lounger with side table and a Jacuzzi/Pool (5.00m x 3.00m). Please note there are other private terraces in the same level and are separated by a glass translucent panel. The Jacuzzi is available from April to October.
