With an impressive rooftop terrace complete with Jacuzzi and a stylish modern interior, this one bedroom apartment is ideal for a couple looking for a central base in Malaga. Birthplace of Pablo Picasso, and home to a wealth of historical and cultural sights and attractions, Malaga is vibrant and atmospheric, and has recently undergone development and renovation aimed at residents and visitors alike. The apartment is located right in the heart of the historical city centre - the nearby Calle de Marques de Larios is the city’s geographical and historical heart, and is brimming with designer boutiques and café’s.  Neighbouring narrow streets and elegant squares contain a wealth of architectural and religious treasures including museums, churches and beautiful Baroque buildings. Must-see sights within walking distance of the apartment are numerous, including the 8th Century Malaga Alcazaba, the Cathedral and the Picasso Foundation. The apartment itself is located in a brand new building which is one of the most stylish and luxurious in the city. Comfortable furnishings and elegant designer touches give the space a personalised feel throughout. The open-plan living and dining area faces an interior patio, meaning street noise is kept to an absolute minimum. The fully-equipped kitchen is only partially separated from the living space, in keeping with the open-plan design but retaining an element of separation and privacy. The impressive rooftop terrace is accessed from the hallway, via a small separate staircase. The terrace is undoubtedly the highlight of the property – with chill-out area, sun loungers and a large Jacuzzi, it’s the ideal place to enjoy an al-fresco meal or after-dinner drink. The master bedroom is bright and elegant, with plenty of storage space and an en-suite marble bathroom. Centrally located and with a fantastic rooftop terrace, this is a great little pied-a-terre in one of Spain’s most exciting cities. Surface area: 50 m2 + 40 m2 of terrace. Fourth floor: Entrance leads into a hall that communicates to the right to the upper floor terrace and to straight to the apartment. Entrance leads into the living / dining room furnished with a 3-seater sofa, 1 armchair, a wooden coffee table, side table with lamp, a shelving unit with TV and DVD player and a dining area for up to 4 people. The kitchen, with sliding doors and accessed by the living area, is fully equipped with a fridge/ freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine /dryer. The master bedroom (with fitted wardrobes) consists of a double bed (queen-sized bed 1.50m x 2.00m) with 2 bed side tables. There is a marble bathroom with walk-in shower. Please note there is laminated flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathrooms and the kitchen, which are tiled. Upper floor terrace: This terrace has an independent access from the apartment and can be accessed by a stair case. There is outside furniture: a 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, 2 coffee tables, a double sun lounger with side tables and a Jacuzzi/Pool (4.50m x 2.00m). The Jacuzzi is available from April to October.
