Located on the fifth floor of a brand new building in the heart of Malaga, this two bedroom apartment with rooftop terrace is one of the most stylish in the city. Birthplace of Pablo Picasso and home to a wealth of historical and cultural sights and attractions, Málaga is a vibrant and atmospheric city which has recently undergone extensive urban development and renovation. The apartment is located in the historical city centre which is overflowing with sights, artistic and cultural attractions, shops, restaurants and tabernas. The nearby Calle de Marques de Larios is the city’s geographical and historical heart and is full of designer boutiques, while the surrounding streets and plazas contain many architectural and religious treasures, from museums and churches to beautiful Baroque buildings. There are a number of must-see sights withinwalking distance of the apartment, including the Alcazaba, the Cathedral, and the Picasso Foundation. The beautiful botanical garden the Parque de Málaga offers some respite from the hustle and bustle of the city, while the best shopping is to be found in the recently opened Muelle Uno commercial centre in Malaga port. With a comfortable modern décor and stunning rooftop terrace, the apartment itself offers a luxurious holiday base with a great central location. The exceptionally bright and spacious living room is open-plan in style, with plenty of comfortable seating and a dining table for four. Large windows flood the room with light throughout the day, and give wonderful views out over the city below. The fantastic rooftop terrace comes complete with chill-out area, dining table and sun loungers. It is the perfect place in which to relax after a day’s sight-seeing and enjoy one of the best views in the city.  The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with everything guests may need during their stay. Both bedrooms have been decorated in keeping with the rest of the property, in muted tones with splashes of bright colour, and have ample wardrobe space. The master bedroom has a stylish en-suite marble bathroom with both bath and shower. The building itself is a brand new and has a lovely modern internal patio which adds to the overall feeling of space and light. Surface area: 100 m2 + 86 m2 of terraces. Fifth floor: Entrance leads into a hall that communicates to the right to the apartment and to the left to the upper floor terrace. The apartment hall leads into the living / dining room furnished with a 3-seater Chester sofa, one armchair, a wooden coffee table, side table with designer lamp, a shelving unit with TV and DVD player and a dining area for up to 4 people. This room accesses to the terrace with an outside second dining table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/ freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine /dryer. There are 2 bedrooms (with fitted wardrobes): 1 master (queen-sized bed 1.50m x 2.00m) with 2 bed side tables and en suite marble bath; and 1 single (0.90m x 2.00m). There is a second marble bathroom with walk-in shower. Please note there is laminated flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathrooms and the kitchen, which are tiled. Upper floor terrace: This terrace has an independent access from the apartment and can be accessed by a stair case. There is outside furniture: a 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, 2 coffee tables, a double sun lounger with side tables. Please note there are other private terraces in the same level and are separated by a glass division.
