The area immediately surrounding the apartment is home to many of Malaga’s top sights and attractions, with narrow lanes, leafy patios and classical buildings lining the streets. The nearby Calle de Marques de Larios contains some of the best shops, restaurants and tabernas in the city. The Cathedral is within easy walking distance of the apartment, as is the Picasso Museum, the Roman Theatre and the Alcazaba. Malaga has recently undergone extensive development and urban renovation, its latest addition being the impressive Muelle Uno shopping centre, just a short distance away in Malaga port. The true highlight of this property is the fantastic private roof terrace. Surface area: 100 m2 + 86 m2 of terraces. Fifth floor: Entrance leads into a hall that communicates to the left of the apartment and to the right to the upper floor terrace. The apartment hall leads into the living / dining room furnished with a 3-seater Chester sofa, one armchair, a wooden coffee table, side table with designer lamp, a shelving unit with TV and DVD player and a dining area for up to 4 people. This room has access to the terrace with an outside second dining table and 6 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/ freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine /dryer. There are 2 bedrooms (with fitted wardrobes): 1 master (queen-sized bed 1.50m x 2.00m) with 2 bed side tables and en suite marble bath; and a double bed (1.5m x 2m). There is a second marble bathroom with walk-in shower. Please note there is laminated flooring throughout the apartment except for the bathrooms and the kitchen, which are tiled. Upper floor terrace: This terrace has an independent access from the apartment and can be accessed by a stair case.
