With a fabulous location in the Santa Cruz neighbourhood, right in the heart of Seville, this charming one bedroom apartment is ideal for a couple looking to immerse themselves in the historical atmosphere of this vibrant city. Santa Cruz is the old Jewish Quarter and is home to a number of the city’s must-see sights and attractions. A maze of winding streets, flower-filled patios, hidden courtyards and beautiful architecture, it is the perfect place to put away the map and guidebook and explore. Seville’s famous Cathedral is within easy walking distance, as is the Alcázar, the Judería arch and the Plaza Virgen de los Reyes. The area immediately surrounding the apartment is one of the best in the city for traditional tabernas and tapas restaurants – a leisurely evening tapeo is an absolute must! Santa Cruz’s central location means that guests never need venture too far from home to find what they are looking for, whether that be great shopping, restaurants, or cultural and tourist attractions. The one bedroom duplex apartment is smart and stylish, with plenty of space for a couple. The first floor is dedicated to the open-plan living area which incorporates a sitting room, a dining room and a modern kitchen that comes fully-equipped with everything guests may need during their stay. Climbing the stairs to the second floor one finds the elegant master bedroom with small balconette window and plenty of storage space, and a modern en-suite bathroom. Table and chairs to seat 4 people. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washing machine. On the ground floor there is a guest toilet. Up two flights of stairs we have the bedrooms with twin beds pushed together (0.90m x 2.00m). The bedroom has fitted cupboards and French windows to an inner private patio. The bathroom is situated on this level and is equipped with a walk in shower.
