Elegant and classic five bedroom apartment located right in the heart of Santa Cruz, one of the most vibrant areas of Seville. Located east of the great Cathedral and Palace of Real Alcazar, Santa Cruz belongs to the old Jewish Quarter, an area characterized by narrow streets, historic buildings, courtyards full of flowers and tapas bars. All points of interest are within walking distance of the property. This spacious apartment is part of a classic Andalusian style building recently renovated to the highest standard. With five bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there is enough space for a whole family or a large group of friends. The spacious main living room, dominated by warm colors and elegant furnishings, is the perfect place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. While a second lounge offers an alternative place to relax. The room is spacious and has a table with seating for six. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything guests might need during their stay. Each of the five bedrooms is bright and comfortable, being decorated in keeping with the classic and elegant style remaining property. Bathrooms have marble accents different, and are bright and spacious. One of the highlights of the apartment is its large terrace, ideal for enjoying a nice dinner and lovely views over the old quarter of Santa Cruz site.

Area: 350 m2 on 3 floors. The entrance leads to the living room with access to covered courtyard that features 2-seater sofa, 2 wicker chairs and coffee table in the center. To the left of this area is the main living room on the right; kitchen and separate dining room, and straight; the open courtyard. The large living room has 2 sofas 2 seater, 2 matching chairs, coffee table, LCD TV with DVD player and wood desk. The kitchen is divided into two areas; the main part is equipped with gas stove, electric oven and dishwasher, while the second part that leads to the dining room has a fridge, freezer and microwave. The dining room has a table for 6 people. There is a small open space with two chairs and wooden table patio. Going up a short flight of stairs leads to the bedroom area. One with 2 single beds together (0.90mx 1.90m), chair, dresser and large bathroom with shower and bath. There are three more bedrooms with 2 single beds (0.90mx 1.90m) with fitted wardrobes. These bedrooms share 2 bathrooms with bath and shower. Just beyond is the fifth bedroom with 2 single beds (0,90m x 1,90m), laundry and toilet. From this level you access to the terrace of 80 m2 equipped with table for 8 people. A spiral staircase leads to a small roof terrace with views of La Giralda.
