This elegant and clasical 5 bedroom property is located right in the heart of Santa Cruz, the most atmospheric and vibrant of all the barrios in Seville.  Lying just to the east of the beautiful cathedral and Real Alcazar palace, Santa Cruz is the city's old Jewish quarter and is full of historical buildings, picturesque plazas, and flower-filled patios. An entire day can be spent wandering the maze of narrow streets filled with orange trees and hidden courtyards, exploring the beautiful architecture and enjoying many of Seville's best tapas bars and tabernas. The Baroque Hospital de los Venerables is nearby, and Plazas Doña Elvira and Santa Cruz are among the prettiest in Seville, and perfect for enjoying a drink or light meal. The property itself is a classic Andalusian building that has been lovingly restored to the highest standard. With five bedrooms and three bathrooms there is plenty of space, making it ideal for a large family or group of friends.With white marble flooring, elegant furniture and warm colours, the large living room is cool and calm, and the perfect place for relaxing after a long day's sightseeing. A second, spacious sitting room provides an alternative place in which to relax. The dining room seats six and is found near the living room, and the kitchen comes fully equipped with everything guests may need during their stay. Each of the five bedrooms is bright and comfortable, and has been decorated in keeping with the overall style of the property.  The three bathrooms are classic in style, with marble fittings, and there are two separate toilets for added convenience. One of the highlights of this property is its beautiful terrace area, perfect for enjoying an al-fresco meal and watching the sun go down over Santa Cruz.  House: 350m2 on 3 levels. Entrance leads to a hall with access to the covered inner patio equipped with a whicker sofa and two easy chairs with a coffee table in the center. From this area you access the living area on your left, kitchen and separate dining area on your right and a uncovered patio straight ahead. The living area has two sofas and two easy chairs, a coffee table and a wooden desk, flat screen TV with DVD and access to the guest toilet. The fully equipped kitchen is divided into two areas: the main kitchen has a gas stove, electric oven and dishwasher and the second kitchen, leading to the dining area has a fridge and freezer and the microwave. The dining area has tables and chairs to seat 6 and a china cabinet. The small open area patio has a table and two chairs. Up one flight of steps we have four bedrooms: Master bedroom with two twin beds pushed together (0.90m x 1.90m) plus easy chair, large dresser and en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 are all the same with two separate twin beds (0.90m x 1.90m) and fitted cupboards. These three bedrooms share 2 bathrooms both with bathtubs. Up a further flight of steps we have the fifth bedroom with 2 twin beds (0.90m x 1.90m), the laundry room with washing machine and drier and a guest toilet. From the level you access the outer terrace of 80m2 equipped with table and chairs for 8 people. Up a spiral stair we reach the upper terrace with views of “La Giralda”.
