Every bedroom in this impeccably maintained property enjoys stunning sea vistas, while the spacious living and dining area is fitted with floor-to-ceiling windows that ensure a luminous interior and a fabulous panoramic view over the imposing infinity swimming pool and out to the shimmering Mediterranean beyond. The accommodation for eight guests includes four double bedrooms and a fifth bedroom which can also double up as an office. There are five stylishly-appointed bathrooms, three of them en suite. The fully-equipped kitchen with its wall-mounted oven is conveniently situated next to the dining area and features a large serving window. The open-plan interiors merging with shaded verandas lend a bright and airy feeling to the house, while ceiling fans and the thick outer walls ensure a cool interior in the hotter months. The rooms are decorated in attractive pastel shades and the furniture and fittings throughout are of the highest standard. The grounds of this magnificent villa have been professionally designed and laid out, and are accessed via electrically-operated gates to ensure total privacy and security. A shaded barbeque area, comfortable patio furniture and poolside sun loungers are an irresistible invitation to indulge to the full in the open-air Mediterranean lifestyle. At the far end of the garden is a gate that gives access to a path leading down to Tamarit beach, a mere 3-minute stroll away, where one can enjoy a refreshing swim or sample the excellent fare at the beach-bar restaurant. Close at hand, too, is the town of Tamarit itself, noted for its castle, part of which is open to visitors, and where an ample range of shops and restaurants is available. 350m2 on two floors: First floor: The house is accessed from the top of the building. Left of the entrance is the washing room equipped with washing machine and dryer. Next to is the large garage, used for hanging washing (no cars). The Garage can be access from the interior and exterior. Along the corridor, there are four bedrooms (one is used as office): 1 twin child's bedroom (2 single beds 0.90m x 1.90m) with child´s cupboard, en suite bathroom with walk in shower and a third bed on a higher level accessed by wood stairs equipped with 1 bed (1 double 1.60m x 2.00m) ideal for a nanny or elder third child. Bedroom two is a double (queen sized bed 1.60m x 2.00m) with fitted wardrobes and two easy chairs ideal for relaxing and enjoying the wonderful sea views. The bathroom, equipped with bathtub and two faucets is shared with the 3rd bedroom which is used as an office and has one single bed (0.90m x 2.00m), desk and office chair and access to terrace. Bedroom 4 has 1 double (queen-sized bed 1.60m x 2.00m) with its dressing area and en suite bathroom with views of the sea containing a bath with jacuzzi and walk-in shower. This room has access to two terraces, one of them private and the other one shared with room 3. Ground floor: Stairs lead down to a hall area. Straight ahead is a large open plan living room with dining table to seat 8, one big sofa, three wicker easy chairs and a wood-consuming open fireplace facing both the living area and the TV area, equipped with one wicker chaise long, book shelves with CD player and a TV table with satellite TV and DVD. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living area and contains fridge, freezer, dishwasher, "Nespresso" coffee maker, microwave, oven and ceramic hob. There is a 5th bedroom on the ground floor with 1 double (queen-sized bed 1.60m x 2.00), fitted cupboards and en-suite bathroom. Opposite the stairs is a guest toilet and a pantry. Grounds: Property is accessed from above through electric gates leading to a large parking area with room for 3 cars. Main entrance leading to the top floor or stairs leading down to the pool area can also be accessed from the living room: large paved area with an ample veranda equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining and built in barbeque and a separate shaded seating area with teak bench, chairs and tables. The pool area is equipped with teak deck chairs and sun loungers around the infinity L-shaped swimming pool. The designer gardens are beautifully equipped with different shrubs, plants and rockeries merges perfectly with the surrounding nature.
