With one of the most sought-after addresses right in the heart of Seville and a fabulous roof terrace overlooking the Cathedral, this lovely two bedroom apartment is ideal for a couple or group of three. In such a central location guests needn’t go far to find what they need, whether that be restaurants, shops, or Seville’s many historic sights and attractions. The city’s stunning Gothic Cathedral is just a stone’s throw from the apartment, and should be top of any visitor’s must-do list. Also nearby is the Alcazar, the Plaza de la Virgen de los Reyes and the Giralda, and although it is slightly further afield the Guadalquivir River is still within walking distance. Another must-do for guests is a visit to the neighbouring barrio of Santa Cruz, undoubtedly the most atmospheric part of the city. As Seville’s old Jewish Quarter, Santa Cruz is filled with historic architecture, flower-filled patios, narrow streets and traditional tabernas and tapas bars, and it’s definitely worth spending an afternoon or two exploring this magical part of the city. The apartment itself is bright and spacious, and offers incredible views over the rooftops of Seville, with the Cathedral taking centre stage. As an attic apartment, the rooftop terrace is without a doubt the highlight of this property, and guests can enjoy an al-fresco meal or after-dinner drink while enjoying the spectacular view at any time of day. The interior of the apartment has been tastefully decorated in a discrete contemporary style, with hardwood flooring, elegant light fittings and original artwork on the walls. Access to the roof terrace is via the living room, which has a comfortable sitting area, a dining table, and large windows giving another chance to see that fabulous view. The kitchen is compact but modern and fully-equipped with everything guests may need during their stay. The master bedroom is bright and welcoming, with ample storage space and access to the terrace via floor-to-ceiling glass windows, while the second bedroom is smaller and perfect for a child or additional guest. Both bedrooms share the bathroom. With an unbeatable location, a comfortable interior, and fantastic views, this is a great base during your time in Spain’s most romantic city. Surface area: 70m2 + 15m2 terrace. 8th floor accessed by lift. Building has porter. The entrance leads into a hall with views into the living room. The living room has a dining area equipped with tables and chairs to seat 4 people and a seating area with a 3 seater sofa, coffee table and two easy chairs. Flat screen TV with DVD in one corner. Opposite the living area is the fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, electric hob, dishwasher and microwave. There is a separate pantry with shelves and the washing machine. The master bedroom has a double bed (1.50m x 1.90m) and the second bedroom has single bed with a desk. Both bedrooms have fitted cupboards and access to a shared bathroom with a walk in shower. The terrace can be accessed from the living room, corridor or the master bedroom. Terrace: 15m2 equipped with table and chairs to seat 6 people.
The apartment was clean and perfect for our needs: one parent and two adult children. Terrace was lovely and location could not have been better, close by the Cathedral, the Alcazar and wonderful cafes. At night we were treated to streets sounds of guitar music and horse-drawn carriages. Very easy check in and check out with special assistance with our bags. Highly recommended. We will go back!
