This beautifully refurbished two bedroom apartment is located very close to Plaza Nueva and the Santa Cruz area. There are a number of must-see sights and attractions within easy walking distance, including the famous Cathedral and Alcazar, while great shopping can be found along the calles Trajan and Amor de Dios. Food lovers needn’t worry either – the area is brimming with many great cafes and restaurants, ranging from a classic Andalusian taberna to more upmarket eateries. With two spacious double bedrooms, a beautiful skylight feature and a private rooftop terrace, the key to this apartment is its elegant simplicity. The fully-equipped modern kitchen and dining room are together in one bright, open-plan space, with modern furnishings, polished hardwood flooring and simple decorative pieces. The living room takes centre stage in the interior of the property – with floor-to-ceiling glass windows overlooking an inner patio on one side, and access to the roof terrace on the other, the space is flooded with light. This property is not adecuate for children under the age of 14. Surface area: 90m2 + 25m2 terrace. 2nd floor no lift. Entrance leads into open plan kitchen, dining area and living area in an L-shape around the central patio. The living room area is one step up and contains a 3-seater sofa, glass coffee table and one easy chair. Flat screen TV with DVD. From the living room you exit the 25m2 terrace equipped with tables and chairs. The open functional kitchen contains a small fridge, electric hob and microwave and the dining area contains a table and chairs to seat four people. Screened off from the dining area is the second bedroom with double bed (1.50m x 1.90m). This bedroom contains a 2-seater white sofa with views out to the bright central patio and has a conecting door to shared bathroom. The masterbedroom is indepent and contains a double bed (1.50m x 1.90m) and has also access to the bathroom with a walk in shower and seperate bathtub.
