Located in the historical neighbourhood of Santa Cruz in the very heart of Seville, this lovely two bedroom duplex apartment is ideally situated for visitors looking to experience the vibrant culture and atmosphere of one of Spain’s most romantic cities. Santa Cruz is Seville’s old Jewish quarter, and is a maze of winding streets, flower-filled patios, hidden courtyards and beautiful architecture. It is home to many of the city’s must-see sights and attractions, including the cathedral, the Alcázar, the Judería arch,and the Plaza Virgen de los Reyes. The area immediately surrounding the apartment is one of the best in Seville for traditional tabernas and tapas restaurants – a leisurely evening tapeo in Santa Cruz is a quintessential experience and is not to be missed! Santa Cruz’s central location means that guests never need venture too far from home to find what they are looking for, whether that be great shopping, restaurants, or cultural and tourist attractions. Comfortable yet stylish, the apartment itself has been tastefully decorated by the owner in bright Andalucian colours and quality local furnishings. The focal point of the property is its lovely plant-filled inner courtyard. With wooden decking, marble pillars and a small dining area, it is the ideal place to enjoy a meal or after-dinner drink and make the most of the fabulous Spanish weather. Both the bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the duplex and have small balconettes looking onto the courtyard, whilst access to the patio is via the living room, which is flooded with light for much of the day thanks to the large French windows. The kitchen is spacious and modern, and comes fully equipped with everything guests may need during their stay. Each of the bedrooms is bright and welcoming, and has been decorated in more muted tones, with splashes of colour, elegant light fittings, and ample wardrobe space. The bedrooms both share the spacious and fully-tiled bathroom. There is a second apartment in the same building; Santa Cruz II, which is perfect for two groups of friends or families who are travelling together but would prefer a little more privacy. Comfortable, stylish and with a great central location, this is a great base from which to explore Seville. Surface area: 95m2 on two levels. 1st floor, accessed by lift. Entrance leads into hallway with the living room straight ahead. The living area has a 3-seater sofa, 2 easy chairs and a tall coffee table in the center that can be used as dining table. There is a Flat screen TV with DVD and a decorative fire place. The fully equipped kitchen is accessed from the living area and contains an electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine fridge and freezer. The private interior garden-patio is accessed from the living room and kitchen and contains table and chairs to seat 4 people. From the living you have the stair case to access the top level with both bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and the smaller room has one single bed (0.90m x 1.90m). Both bedrooms have windows to the private patio and have fitted cupboards. Both bedrooms share the bathroom with a walk in shower. This property is situated on a pedestrian street and cannot be accessed by car.

A very comfortable and convenient place to stay

The property was exactly as advertised and was clean and well equipped (some wine glasses might have been nice though!)
The arrangements for entering the flat went well and we were given very helpful service by the company representative. We enjoyed visiting the cathedral and the alcazar and trying the local tapas. We would certainly recommend this property.
