Located in Seville's historic Santa Cruz district, this charming two bedroom duplex apartment is ideal for those looking to enjoy all the amenities in one of the most exciting and romantic cities in Spain. Santa Cruz, the old Jewish quarter of Seville, is a maze of winding streets with flower-filled gardens and beautiful architecture. One area where the points of interest in the city like the great Cathedral, the historic Fortress, the Arc of Jewry or the Virgen de los Reyes square. The area surrounding the property is also characterized by its traditional taverns and bars, the perfect place to experience one of the most Spanish customs site: tapas.  Comfortable and cozy inside the apartment has been decorated by the highest quality, with elegant touches of color. The centerpiece of the property is its courtyard: its beautiful wooden floors and a small dining area, define the perfect place to enjoy a pleasant meal and a drink after dinner site. The courtyard is accessed through the living room, a space that is filled with light thanks to a nice big window. The kitchen is spacious and modern, fully equipped with everything guests may need during your stay. Both bedrooms are elegant and bright, and are located on the top floor, with a small balcony that opens to the courtyard of the house. Each has been individually decorated with high quality light fixtures and fitted wardrobes.  There is a second property in the same building, Santa Cruz II, which is perfect for a group of friends or family traveling together, but prefer a little more privacy. Comfortable, elegant and with a difficult location to improve, this cozy duplex apartment is the perfect base for exploring the historic and romantic Andalusian capital. Surface: 95 m2 on two levels. The entrance leads into the hallway to the living room straight. This space is furnished with 3 seater sofa, 2 armchairs, LCD TV and DVD, decorative fireplace and high coffee table that can be used as a dining table. A kitchen is accessed from the living room, and is fully equipped with electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The courtyard is private, and has a small dining area with wooden table for 4 people. The stairs are in the hall leading to the 2 bedrooms located upstairs, one with double bed (1.60mx 2m) and one with single bed (0.90mx 1.90m). Both bedrooms share a bathroom with walk-in doghouse, and have large wardrobes and a small balcony overlooking the courtyard. The property is located in a pedestrian street, therefore not accessible by car.

A very comfortable and convenient place to stay

The property was exactly as advertised and was clean and well equipped (some wine glasses might have been nice though!)
The arrangements for entering the flat went well and we were given very helpful service by the company representative. We enjoyed visiting the cathedral and the alcazar and trying the local tapas. We would certainly recommend this property.
