LOCATION

Direct bus number 35 from Edinburgh Airport to the apartment, ticket cost £1.50 per person more info on website lothianbuses.com( bus stop next to the apartment is called Brunswick Road) or taxi cost approx £25.00.

Our Edinburgh apartment is the ideal hub from which to access Edinburgh City Centre and Princes Street, be it for business or pleasure. We are just about 15-20 minutes walk from the Scottish Parliament, The Royal Residence at Holyrood Palace, the Royal Mile, Princes St. Playhouse,Artur's Seat and most of the main attractions in Scotland's capital city. Located in the modern Horizon development next to Lochend Loch and Lochend Park.

Our apartment is also ideally situated for access to The Shore in Leith, where you will find a plentiful supply of pubs,restaurants, including Michelin Star dining and the Royal Yacht Britannia in Ocean Terminal Shopping Centre. Also nearby the apartment there is very good bus connection available with 24 hour service and a Tesco super store open till midnight.

DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT

Sleep uo to 6 guests.The apartment is on the 3rd floor with lift access in the building. There is a living room with large sofa bed, coffee table, flat screen TV, DVD and French windows that open to a balcony where you can enjoy morning tea or coffee with a superb view over the park and the pond. The dining area has a big table with 5 chairs.

The apartment is fully equipped with kitchen appliances: large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine/dryer, cutlery and crockery.

The master bedroom has an en-suite with a stand in electric shower cubicle, a double bed, a good size built-in wardrobe and big double windows with a superb view of the Carlton Hill and Arthur's Seat.

The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, a built-in wardrobe and a view of the park. The main bathroom has a bath with an over bath shower. There is a separate cupboard for shoes and jackets.

The building also has a secure entry system and CCTV.

Double glazing and gas central heating. Free Wi-fi internet access.

WELCOMING

We provide a 'meet and greet' service, whereby we will meet you at the property to hand over keys, show you the layout, provide local information and answer any questions you may have.

(Alternative time check-in, check-out can be arranged directly with the property owner before arrival,free of charge).

Upon arrival, your apartment will contain a complimentary welcome pack to get you started, so you won't have to worry about tracking down the local shops on your first night for those essential items;

Great rental and helpful owner

Great base for visiting Edinburgh and Leith. We parked our car and didn't use it again for 3 days as we walked into town and got a taxi back. Flat was spotlessly clean and spacious and very quiet and peaceful. Lovely helpful owner. Would definitely return and recommend.

Just what we were looking for

We had a wonderful stay in Slowamir' s apartment. We were 4 adults and a toddler and the flat was just perfect. Private parking. A lift so no need to lug the pram up stairs and 2 bathrooms made this the perfect place. Also we loved the area. Lots going on, lovely park, good restaurants and even some pubs we could go in with the wee one. And it's a lovely walk and not too far into town. Thanks again for having us and we'll be sure to stay again.

Wonderful

Thank you so much Slawomir for our wonderful stay at your apartment. Everything was perfect. The place was extremely clean and had everything we could possible want. The tea, coffee, sugar, milk etc which was provided was a lovely touch. We were able to walk to all the major sights from the apartment. The view over the park from the apartment was delightful. We felt we had the best of both worlds by being able to walk into the city yet we had the peace and quiet of the apartment to come back to after a busy day walking around the city. I stayed here with my mum, husband and 3 year old son. The park was also a great spot to run off some extra energy for my 3 year year old. Slawomir took the time to show us brochures and maps of the main tourist sights and was able to give us lots of advice about nice places to eat. He was also helpful with our questions about car rental offices. The booking process from start to finish was hassle free. I hope I have an opportunity to visit Edinburgh again soon and to stay in this wonderful apartment. Thank you.

Just As It Looks In The Photo's

We had a fabulous 3 night stay in Edinburgh visiting this Beautiful City and stayed at this Beautiful Apartment which was exactly as it stated and looked like the photo's on the website.We cannot praise this choice of Apartment to stay at enough and would highly recommend anyone visiting Edinburgh to stay here as it is very modern,high quality accommodation and immaculate.We will definitely return to stay here again on our next visit to Edinburgh.

Good value, good location

This apartment was just right for our short visit to Edinburgh. Slawomir (the owner) is very helpful with suggestions of what to see and where to eat. Two the places we ate at were suggested by him and they were both excellent – La favourite (?) which is close to the flat and the Sheep Head in Duddington. The views of the park are great – lots of dogs being trained! There's a Sainsbury’s grocery store on Albion Road – just a short walk away.
