Direct bus number 35 from Edinburgh Airport to the apartment, ticket cost £1.50 per person more info on website lothianbuses.com( bus stop next to the apartment is called Brunswick Road) or taxi cost approx £25.00.

Our Edinburgh apartment is the ideal hub from which to access Edinburgh City Centre and Princes Street, be it for business or pleasure. We are just about 15-20 minutes walk from the Scottish Parliament, The Royal Residence at Holyrood Palace, the Royal Mile, Princes St. Playhouse,Artur's Seat and most of the main attractions in Scotland's capital city. Located in the modern Horizon development next to Lochend Loch and Lochend Park.

Our apartment is also ideally situated for access to The Shore in Leith, where you will find a plentiful supply of pubs,restaurants, including Michelin Star dining and the Royal Yacht Britannia in Ocean Terminal Shopping Centre. Also nearby the apartment there is very good bus connection available with 24 hour service and a Tesco super store open till midnight.

DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT

Sleep uo to 6 guests.The apartment is on the 3rd floor with lift access in the building. There is a living room with large sofa bed, coffee table, flat screen TV, DVD and French windows that open to a balcony where you can enjoy morning tea or coffee with a superb view over the park and the pond. The dining area has a big table with 5 chairs.

The apartment is fully equipped with kitchen appliances: large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine/dryer, cutlery and crockery.

The master bedroom has an en-suite with a stand in electric shower cubicle, a double bed, a good size built-in wardrobe and big double windows with a superb view of the Carlton Hill and Arthur's Seat.

The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, a built-in wardrobe and a view of the park. The main bathroom has a bath with an over bath shower. There is a separate cupboard for shoes and jackets.

The building also has a secure entry system and CCTV.

Double glazing and gas central heating. Free Wi-fi internet access.

WELCOMING

We provide a 'meet and greet' service, whereby we will meet you at the property to hand over keys, show you the layout, provide local information and answer any questions you may have.

(Alternative time check-in, check-out can be arranged directly with the property owner before arrival,free of charge).

Upon arrival, your apartment will contain a complimentary welcome pack to get you started, so you won't have to worry about tracking down the local shops on your first night for those essential items;

coffee, tea, sugar, milk and set of basic cleaning products (washing powder, washing machine tablets, liquid for dishes, liquid soap, toilet paper, garbage bags) .

MODERN, IMMACULATE, COMFORTABLE FLAT

This apartment was PERFECT for a family of 4. We were very comfortable. The host is charming and considerate. He let us check in early after a long trip and then offered us the option to check out late as his next guest was not arriving until the following day. The flat is well-maintained and cute. Everything is modern, practical and clean. There are nice touches such as make-up mirrors that only the finer hotels usually have. There is a lovely park with beautiful birds seen from the big picture window in front of the balcony. The flat is not directly in the center of things, but it's an easy walk to town. There is a wonderful cafe/bakery close by on Easter Road. Highly recommend :)

WONDERFUL PLACE, WONDERFUL HOST.

Wonderful flat, plenty of room for two adults and two children; nearby park was a great addition. We used cabs to move around the city, and they were easy to get to and from this location. The views were spectacular. Slawomir was a wonderful host and provided us with any and all information and accommodation we needed. I would return to this flat without hesitation when I return to Edinburgh (which I hope to do someday very soon!)

LOVELY FLAT

We stayed for 4 nights during a trip to Edinburgh for a family wedding. The location was very convenient. We easily walked into the main site of the city. The private parking was a nice perk. The kitchen was well stocked. We would stay here again.

SUPERB APARTMENT

The appartment is very good. Everything was perfectly clean and practical (the kitchen, the bathrooms,...), the situation is also really good (20 minutes walk to the city center). The owner was helpful when we needed him and made sure we were comfortable several times during our stay, which is a good thing.
I recommend it greatly to anyone who wants to visit Edinburgh, which is a beautiful city.

Stayed at this flat durung a 6 nations weekend with 4 friends. The flat was modernand spotless. I cannot think of anything it was not equipped with. We had a little difficulty finding the place but after phoning the owner Slawomir we arrived ok. The bed was very comfortable and the location very quiet. I would recommend this flat to anyone and will be returning myself in the future.
