Our fabulous Two Bedroom apartment is located on the fifth floor (with lift) of a smart riverside development close to Battersea Park, one of London’s prettiest parks .
The property has been finished to a high-specification and comprises reception room with sofa bed, study and doors to the balcony with views of the River Thames, sleek open-plan kitchen with dining area, separate utility room, master bedroom with double bed and chic en-suite shower-steam room, good-sized second bedroom which can be arranged with either twin beds or a double bed, elegant bathroom with tile television, excellent storage space. WiFi, remote controlled mood lighting, built-in surround sound system, Plasma - LCD televisions with satellite TV. Centrally heated.
The apartment also benefits from a wonderful leisure suite including a 47' heated indoor swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, sauna, jacuzzi and secure underground parking.
Leisure Centre opening hours: 5am to 12am. The centre will be closed at times to allow cleaning and routine maintenance. A maximum of four visitors per flat are allowed in the leisure centre at any one time. No one is permitted to use the gymnasium unless they have attended one of the authorized induction courses led by a professional trainer.

Fantastic apartment. Excellent for our family of five adults, celebrating a 60th and 70th birthday. We had 3 nights and were impressed with the location, stunning views. Great short walk along the river to Vauxhall tube station. Plenty of local amenities. Tesco very close as were 3/4 restaurants. We ate at steak and the city which was very good. Kitchen in the apartment was well equipped, free wifi, hairdryer, washer and dryer, towals for the pool. Everything you could need. Would recommend a stay here to anyone. Better value and much more comfortable than a hotel. Brilliant.
The location was excellent. Spectacular views and spacious accommodations. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Nous avons passés 4 jours dans l'appartement n°1. Pour une famille de 4 personnes c'est idéal. Les enfants peuvent profiter de la piscine le soir en rentrant des visites c'est super. Tout est prévu, même les serviettes pour la piscine ! L'appartement est très calme et la vue sur la Tamise reposante. Le métro est à 500 m, nous recommandons cet appartement.
Our beautiful apartment is situated in a desirable riverside location, due to its proximity (walking distance) to the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, Whitehall (the main artery running north from Parliament Square, towards Charing Cross at the southern end of Trafalgar Square) and South Bank, an eclectic area that is the cultural heart of the city and home to London's most iconic attractions, theatres, arts, design-led venues and all sorts of family fun. Battersea Park, one of London’s most beautiful and best loved riverside parks, with its extensive leisure facilities, busy Events calendar and year round beautiful gardens, is only few minutes away. It is also well placed to provide easy access to North of the River to Chelsea with its famous King's Road, Sloane Square, Chelsea Flower Show and Chelsea Physic Garden.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations by Guest made more than 90 days before tenancy commencement will not incur cancellation charges (bank fees to return money are at the Guest's expense); between 90 and 43 days before tenancy commencement will incur a 100% fee calculated on the amount paid for the deposit; between 0 and 42 days will incur 100% fee calculated on the entire amount of booking.
30% deposit required to confirm reservations, outstanding balance to be paid six weeks before arrival. We accept payments in Pounds Sterling or Euros by bank transfers. Alternatively we accept payments by Credit or Debit Cards in Euros or Pounds Sterling through PayPal (5.5% surcharge). Bank transaction fees, charged by both parties, are not included and are at the guests' expense.
