Magnificent villa with private pool and park located in the Mediterranean, with stunning sea views over the bay and the islands, sun all day, absolutely free of moisture '. The white beaches of Punta Ala are within a few minutes walk.
The villa and 'easy drive to two hours from Rome, or an hour and a half from Pisa to Punta Ala offers the opportunity' to make different types of activities' such as: shopping, golf, boating, windsurfing, kite surfing, stand up paddling, canoeing, tennis, football, road cycling, mountain biking, spinning, walking, food and wine tours, cultural tours. The villa and 'a few meters away from one of the marinas more' exclusive of Italy.
The villa has nice finish with terracotta floors and Venetian plaster:
7 bedrooms all with air conditioning (the master bedroom has a magnificent terrace with wonderful views of the gulf), 4 of which have private bathrooms, all six bathrooms are finished in marble and teak.
The spacious lounge offers great comfort and the large windows of protection can protect against the elements giving you the feeling of being in nature even in the cooler seasons.
Next to the living room, on the outside there is 'a huge lounge area which houses a large glass table a gazebo (with tents sheltering wind) and sofas where you can' eat or converse comfortably. It 'also a large wood-burning oven and a grill area.
The pool near the veranda offers a magnificent view of the gulf, whirlpool French and swimming against the current.
The house also has an annex that can 'be used as a separate self contained apartment, with bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and spacious living room, heating and' self.

Fin utsikt men nedgånget hus

Bokningen gick jättelätt och bra. Utsikten och området jättefint. Huset var dock inte rent. Poolen var grumlig och inte ren. Hittade saker i botten av poolen. Luftkonditioneringen fungerade inte i två rum. Utrustningen i huset var sliten. Annex, bordtennisbord, cyklar var inte fungerande eller fanns inte som det stod i annonsen. Även fuktigt i rummen längst ner i huset. Värden var otrevlig när vi påpekade saker såsom luftkonditioneringen och städning. Gick inte att laga på hela veckan enligt värden. Tyckte vi svenskar var petiga och hade ursäkter för allt. Skulle vara nöjda med om 80% är ok. Huset var ju billigt enligt honom. 87000 kr!! Fick till oss att huset är inte för så många personer som det står i annonsen enligt värden. Annonsen stämmer inte med verkligheten tyvärr. Vi hade en trevlig vecka men besvikna på villans dåliga överensstämmelse med verkligheten.

Sehr schönes Haus mit kompletter Einrichtung und ausgezeichneter Betreuung durch die Eigentümer, die uns in allen Situationen kompetent zur Seite standen. Die Villa war sauber und gepflegt und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen und können das Domizil uneingeschränkt weiterempfelen. Die Eigentümer konnten uns differenzierte und zutreffende Tips zu den Stränden und Restaurants geben. Super Golfplatz um die Ecke. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ein großer Pizza Ofen komplettiert das Ganze. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub.
