Interior 40 m2 apartment, plenty of light since it has 4 windows to light patio. The apartment is located on ground floor of a beachfront building, just nine broad steps from the street with direct access to beach walk. It has an independent bedroom, bathroom and living room kitchen, fully equipped with induction stove, oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, water heater, 32 ' flat screen TV, fitted wardrobe, two cabinets with shelves and doors, table and 4 chairs.In the living room there's a 1'10 m sofa bed,a rocking chair, end table and reading lamp.
The apartment is surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops. There are also supermarkets and shopping centers and all kinds of services. You can walk to the near by Santa Catalina Park, the bus station and the cruiser piers.
Retired executive couple with 6 grownup sons and 9 grandchildren Our whole family lives in the island.After retiring we bought and refurnished several apartments as an inversion, now we rent them as holidays and long term. We dedicate most of our time to the apartments and caring for the family. We consider ourselves friendly and open, we take special pride in welcoming our guests and to try to make your stay with us an unforgettable holiday.
I love to wake up early in the morning and take a long walk through the sand and then take a relaxing swim in the sea, something we can do all year round. After enjoy a full relaxing breakfast in the apartment. All services are within a short walk, so we end up doing plenty of exercise. The beach walk is full of life and we can enjoy many activities or just relax, read a book and forget about everything.
It was a very nice time to stay in this lovely apartment. Standard is good, very good furnished, all necessary things are available, location is just perfect if you enjoy being close to the beach and want to be centrally located in Las Palmas. Pilar as an owner is a very pleasant person to deal with both at the moment of the booking and and while your stay. I recommend this place for two persons stay. Good value for money! From the first inquiry about the availability of the apartment, Ms Suarez was a pleasure to deal with. The apartment is bright, clean, very well appointed, modern but comfortable and a brilliant base for exploring the city of Las Palmas or simply a relaxing beach holiday. We will be returning again and again and again. The experience of staying there could not have been any better. The personal service from Ms and Mr Suarez and their family was exceptional.
Estuvimos a gusto, la propietaria se portó muy bien con nosotros, incluso dejándonos unos cuantos detalles de bienvenida. Nos facilitaron la estancia y por ello fue muy agradable.
Pasamos unos días geniales y la estancia fue maravillosa. El apartamento está justo al lado de la playa, ideal para pasear y tomar algo en los múltiples restaurantes cercanos. Encontrar sitio para estacionar el coche es complicado, mejor usar el transporte público, aunque con paciencia se acaba encontrando aparcamiento a unos minutos caminando. Nos habría gustado quedarnos unos días más pero el trabajo no nos lo permitía. Seguramente repitamos en un futuro para poder conocer los rincones de la isla que nos quedaron por descubrir y volver a disfrutar de la amabilidad de Pilar.

The apartment building is located right in the beach walk and in front of a stairway leading to the beach. Around the apartment you can find plenty of restaurants. The apartment is just a 10 minute walk from Las Palmas 'Mercado Central' , local market where you can shop specially for daily local fruits (banana, papayo, avocado, manga) , fish, local cheese . There are also several shopping areas around and El Corte Ingles deparment store
Las Palmas has a good bus service (buses are called Guaguas instead bus or autobus of the term used in the mainland). But there are many Taxisat all hours with affordable fares, making them a good alternative for short distances.

The Santa Catalina bus station is 15 minutes walk from the apartment. From there you can take a Bus to

from Mesa y Lopez you can also reach Arucas or Galdar
In near by Santa Catalina park , Fred Olsen Ferries take you to Tenerife. The bus leaves from Santa Catalina to the Agaete Ferry station (50 minutes away) and from there 90 minutes fast ferry to Tenerife.

Same great schools in the Cices area of the beach (10 minutes from the apartment). With high tide surf and body board right in front of the apartment. Affordable classes and board rental.
