And after a stay at Charlotte Street 2, we think you’ll be seeing through fresh eyes. The tone is light, the colouring pure and brilliant, and the perspective quite spectacular. And don’t be afraid to step outside the frame. You’ve two tremendous balconies and, waiting downstairs, a central location to inspire anyone. You are in the heart of Soho, London’s finest area in to draw your own master piece.

Few couples are as creative as this. She is an artist and he a photographer whose studio is only downstairs. While he’s clicking the shutter, she’s brushing shoulders with stylists such as Jane Cumberbatch and Ilse Crawford.

Ways of seeing

The manner may be minimalist, but this home has style, and cosiness, by the armful. There’s a lot to contemplate in the sitting room, whether it’s the paintings, the photography or your own very good fortune. Squash into one of two leather sofas, see the view from the sash windows or seek out the kitchen for lunch.
