Great Apartment in Center of Rome

Apartment is great. Very high ceilings. Good condition. Air conditioning worked well. King bed. Two baths. Great location. Walking distance to numerous restaurants, shopping, Coliseum, Tiber River, etc. Will definitely stay there again next time in Rome.

Convienent location

A very well appointed roomy unit with a good working kitchen, and handy washing machine. Easy free parking. Five minute drive into the city. (I think there is a bus close by as well.)
The bathroom is large with a bath (spa jets). Excellent towel warmer/dryer.
Hand basin in bathroom pretty much not working, almost no water, and doesn't drain. Lounge couch uncomfortable. Some previous guest's old food items in cupboards, long black hair in the bed - odd: But over all very good and we enjoyed our stay.

The water pressure at the bathroom sink, only, matches with the slow drainage on the purpose to minimize the water wastage.

Estancia increible. Cuando entramos en.el apartamento nos sorprendimos gratamente porque es mas grande de lo que aparecen en las fotos. Apartamento muy limpio y al detalle, con todas las necesidades cubiertas. Los propietarios en todo momento muy agradables y a nuestra disposicion por si tubieramos algun problema en algun momento de la estancia. Si volvemos algun dia a escocia lo alquilariamos sin dudarlo.

The apartment is set back off Leith Walk & is very private & quiet. Lots of local eateries nearby & a short walk or bus ride to City Centre. We were greeted by the owner & everything was clean & as shown on website. We would highly recommend this property.

Fantastic

This property is just fantastic, beautifully clean, the biggest comfiest bed ans all the mod cons you need.

We loved it so much that instead of going out to eat we stayed in, cooked a feast up and ate on the little patio in the late sunshine! Bliss!

The leith road which the apartment is set off from is full of interesting little shops and bistros, vintage hunters beware, you will need boot space!

Buses drop you off at the cul de sac and pick up just across the road, £3.50 to travel all day, and they run until late.
Not even a ten minute drive to the seaside at the little town of portobello yet the same into the centre of the city.
You can be paddling in the brisk waters and beautifully clean beach, ice cream in hand and all the way up in the castle in the same morning!

Super clean, warm and cozy.

The apartment was absolutely spotless. It is on the first floor right as you walk in which is nice if you have a good amount of luggage. Located right off of leith walk about a 25 minute walk to waverly station which is centrally located to just about everything with plenty of restaurants and shops along the way. Overall great stay, would do it again.
