The apartment is situated on the third floor (with lift) of a newly constructed building, in the historic heart of Malaga city, comprising: living area with sofa, dining table, flat screen tv, double bed, wardrobes, fully equipped, open-plan kitchen, large bathroom, plus further small living room with desk and a loft with double bed.

A staircase leading up from the living room takes you to a beautiful terrace with views across the city of Malaga. Relax in the hammock while the sun sets, and enjoy a romantic dinner al fresco.

The apartment has been finished to a high quality and is an ideal location, with views to the cathedral and comes with our best recommendation.

We offer indoor parking at 15€ per day (minimum stay of 4 days)

We spent a week in this apartment and it is everything as described, but even nicer in real! The patio and the view are really special and the location is perfect (unless you're thinking of Malaga only as a beach vacation).



There were two of us, and it is the perfect size. To be honest, i doubt it would be very comfortable for four people, unless two of those people are kids.



Stefan and Romina are really helpful, friendly and trustworthy.

Superb base for Malaga city.

The apartment was ideal for our short break in Malaga. Great location with all sites and the beach an easy walk.
The apartment is very peaceful with no traffic noise.
The bonus is the roof terrace with fantastic views across the city and is not overlooked at all.
We will be back.

Malaga is Andalusia's second largest city with 600,000 inhabitants and is located on the Costa del Sol in southern Spain. The city has many exciting cultural activities and is in the race to become Cultural City 2016. Malaga dating back to 800 BC and has over the years been marked by the Greeks, Romans and Arab Maurer and it bears the imprint of the city today. The city is in the eyes of many partly overlooked, as many tourists choose to spend their holidays in the cities surrounding Malaga. But it includes everything you need for a perfect holiday, as it is a strategically good location. There is plenty of culture, city break, beaches, mountains and there are only 100 km to the Sierra Nevada, where you can ski. Or what about a trip to Granada and watch the world-famous castle Alhambra which is only an hour drive by car. Malaga is full of small bars and restaurants where you can enjoy various kinds of tapas and good wine. We warmly recommend the city for a perfect city break.
