Harrier Lodge is a unique holiday villa, situated on the prestigious Lower Mill Estate, the UK's first and as far as I am aware, only, residential nature reserve.

The estate is a real haven of peace and tranquillity and in my opinion, the perfect antidote to the stresses + demands of everyday life and forgive me for perhaps being presumptuous, but I do think you are going to absolutely love it!

What makes this house unique

Harrier Lodge is a chic glass fronted 4 bedroom property, presented over two floors, within a truly wonderful lakeside setting - on the beautiful & mature Clearwater Lake.

Thoroughly contemporary in its exterior and interior styling - with 2 x double bedrooms, two of which benefit from direct access onto a private balcony area, with beautiful views over Clearwater, this is a really spectacular property.

Enjoy of the wood burning stove for cosy nights in, whilst looking out on the majesty of your very own nature reserve !

“Memorable week away at Harrier, we were very fortunate with the weather and enjoyed a week long stay with clear blue skies and scorching sunshine. Made the absolute most of the very luxurious outdoor pool and sun loungers and enjoyed bbq’s on the terrace, although he bbq could have benefitted from a bit of a clean, we were not charged for the bbq as it was provide foc, so I guess we cant really complain. The lodge was a real hit with us all and the estate simply perfect. We will return sometime next year.“

Great place in a great spot

We stayed in the Lodge for a few days with my friends and we think it's amazing. First time we tried going to the cotswolds and we think it's a perfect place for a holiday. There is plenty to do for those who like to actively spend their day and also those who just like to chill out and relax won't be disappointed.

Simply beautiful

I booked for my family, 4 adults and 2 kids. We arrived a bit late but this was no problem, Jamie met us and showed us around. There was plenty of space of us in the house but the balcony was where we spent most of our time, right on the lake (we were lucky with the weather). The kids were fascinated with the swans, ducks etc when they weren't in the outdoor pools! Not far away are the pools, shop/cafe and Spa. Really loved the convenience and having all this as well as the Lodge, excellent value. Had some fab bbq's in the evenings (we asked for the bbq, essential for us). Wonderful time was had by all, thank you and see you later this year hopefully.
