Why Tim Haywood - Property Manager chose Lower Mill Estate
Osprey Lodge is a unique holiday villa, situated on the prestigious Lower Mill Estate, the UK's first and as far as I am aware, only, residential nature reserve.
The estate is a real haven of peace and tranquillity and in my opinion, the perfect antidote to the stresses + demands of everyday life and forgive me for perhaps being presumptuous, but I do think you are going to absolutely love it!

“Relaxing family weekend away in luxury pad with hot tub”
“Just back from a very relaxing weekend at Osprey Lodge Lower Mill Estate. The house is amazing, it sits on a lovely plot overlooking the lake. It is huge, with great space downstairs and 4 big bedrooms upstairs and numerous luxury bathrooms. The two big double rooms have great views and balconies overlooking the lake. ?The outside space is perfect for families with young children as all the doors lead on to decking which is surrounded by a glass barrier. The outdoors is topped off by the awesome hot tub which we used throughout our break.?The facilities on the estate are amazing with a great spa with large indoor and outdoor pools., which we perfect for the rainy days. There are a couple of playgrounds on site with trampolines and tennis courts. There is also a handy shop where we got our morning papers and supplies. The grounds and lakes in the estate are great for walking, scooting and cycling round. There is a great pub which is just 15minutes walk away in the local village.?Would definitely love to go back but just hope for better weather next time so we can enjoy the outside space more.”
