Spacious family villa set on three levels with several terraces.
Steps lead down to the lovely swimming pool (8m x 4m) which is surrounded by beautiful plants, trees flowers, comfortable sun loungers with pool towels, BBQ, dining and chill out areas.

Located up a long driveway shared by a smaller villa which is available to rent together. The villas are completely private, separate and do not overlook each other, with separate entrances, aspects and grounds.
The villa is traditionally furnished to a good standard.
On the upper ground floor is a large lounge with piano; a shower room with WC; separate dining and sitting room; double bedroom; well equipped kitchen with doors leading out to a large covered outside dining area and terrace offering great views.
The first floor has a double bedroom with en-suite shower room; a twin bedded room a triple bedded room and a large family bathroom. All bedrooms have patio doors opening to a huge open terrace with sweeping countryside views. There is also a separate guest studio for two, with kitchen; bathroom and a separate entrance.

Studio apartment has a kitchenette.
The spacious living room is located on the upper ground floor, with piano and three large windows.
There is a second sitting/dining room.
There is a separate lower ground floor studio apartment which is self contained, double bed, kitchenette and bathroom.
Midweek clean with change of bed linen and towels.
End of stay clean is included with change of bed linen and towels.
Extra cleaning is available at an extra cost.
Beach towels are also included.
There are stairs to the property and to the pool which may be unsuitable for mobility problems.

There are at least 10 beaches within a short drive away on the north east coast, many within five minutes - Es Figueral, Cala San Vincente, Pou d'es Lleo, Cala Boix, Cala Nova, S'Argamassa, Cala Pada, Niu Blau, Aguas Blancas, etc
The Ibiza Golf course is situated in Roca Llisa which is approximately 15 minutes drive.
How to get there
Airport - 30 minutes. Car hire - essential.
1 minute to San Carlos village. 5 minutes to Las Dalias hippy markets. Less than 10 minutes to St Eulalia. 20 minutes to Ibiza Town.
San Carlos is a small traditional village that is rapidly expanding its range of shops and businesses. Enjoy visiting the church , the famous Bar Anita, the museum and Las Dalias (the nearby hippie market), as well as having dinner or ambling around the new area of the village centred around two pedestrianised and very child friendly streets. As the village amenities mostly service the local residents, it does not turn into a ghost town out of season.
San Carlos now has a fantastic children's playground, which is enjoyed from morning until night by locals as well as visiting youngsters. Parents can enjoy a drink or dinner at Restaurant Peralta while watching their children play. Next to the playground, and opposite Restaurant Peralta, is the new village green offering lots of opportunities for community activities, but mostly children's parties and the annual San Carlos Fiesta.
