Despite being situated in a very calm countryside corner, Villa Cassia is only 10 minutes away from three of Italy’s main golf courses, 15 minutes away from a “Vallelunga” racing circuit and a comfortable 20 minute car ride to lakes “Bracciano” and “Trevignano” where guests can enjoy numerous water sports. Additional facilities and activities: swimming pool, horse riding, tennis court, and football pitch.

The villa follows traditional countryside design with terracotta floors, wood finishes and offers elegant and spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The villa offers a 200m2, high-ceilinged living room with two sitting areas, a warm fireplace and a TV. Facing the garden and the swimming pool there is an outside terrace, equipped with a BBQ, a pizza oven, a round table for dining on and an outside sitting area. The B&B guests also have access to a tennis court, a football pitch and free parking space.

Brilliant stay at the most amazing place

We booked the villa for a load of our family and friends to stay as we were getting married in nearby Trevignano Romano. The pictures online sold it to us straight away but the villa is even more incredible when you see it for yourself. The villa manager Roberto was the most helpful and best person and sorted us out with anything we needed each step of the way. We decided to have our wedding reception at the villa and Roberto and his staff helped to provide tables, outdoor lighting, speakers, wedding cake and a fantastic wedding meal that everyone loved. He also encouraged us all to enjoy it to the full extent. If you require any transfers Roberto will also help arrange. We honestly cannot thank him enough and will be eternally grateful to Roberto and his staff for our wedding night and stay at the villa. Every one of our party wished to stay there longer instead of continuing with the next stage of our holiday! We hope to book up again in the future. Thank you, love from the Raffertys

Large group stay

We stayed as a large group of 26 adults in the property. Prior to arrival we had excellent communication from the host, with all our questions answered very quickly. Roberto was an excellent host during our stay, and met us on arrival with comprehensive tour. The facilities at the house were very good with AC in all the bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and with additional outside BBQ and pizza oven. Outside the swimming pool was lovely and tennis courts (with rackets and tennis balls provided) kept us well entertained. Roberto and his team did a delicious catered meal one night, and nearby restaurant offered takeaway pizza. The host had thought of everything, we had such a good stay, and would highly recommend!

Excellent venue near to Rome

We were 10 adults and 4 young children. There was plenty of room, the pool and tennis court were fabulous as was the BBQ area and general set-up. However, there was a lack of chairs/loungers around the pool and some of these were broken. The BBQ area had not been swept and was quite grubby. There were insufficient bins for a large group to effectively clear daily rubbish and the trash from the previous tenneants was still in the cage out by the property gate. We complained about this to the owner who after being pestered got it cleared after 3 days. The oven, which had no instructions and did not seem to work properly was a nightmare. The dishwasher did not clean or dry stuff properly and was in need of severe refurbishment. Apart from these set backs the property could do with a bit of TLC but we had a great time.

Family gathering

Very big place and ideal for our large party. Lots of space outside and any issues were dealt with promptly. Good airconditioning when required. We had two meals cooked for us by Roberto and brother. Very nice but it's a lot of grub so best to discuss beforehand rather than going from the menus. Train to Rome is about a 15 minute drive (1 Euro each way) and supermarkets are about 10/15 minutes by car. Pool, tennis courts and other activity items provided were very good. Lovely stay but be prepared for the mozzies.

Great stay

We rented the villa for 9 days and had a great time there. The villa is extremely spacious and very charmingly built. We were a party of 18 people between ages 1 to 71. The garden is cozy and quiet and on the large patio we ate our dinners. The pool is large, clean and well maintained. the younger ones played Playstation and air-hockey in the evenings. Roberto the manager was very helpful, when we got the keys he showed us around and had prepared some drinks and snacks. We also ordered a dinner menu which was delicious and at a good fixed price. Whatever we had for questions, we were able to contact Roberto and he returned quickly. Lovely view from the patio with the opportunity to see the sunrise if you wake up early. we went to the sea at Fregene one day (about 40 min) Bracciano (about 20 min). We took the train to Rome from the nearest train station with direct trains. All contact with Luca, the owner has been very good with quick response time. Overall, we are very pleased with our stay. A house you want to return to.
