Great location - clean & exactly as described.

Made enjoying our vacation easy. With the beach chairs, coolers, umbrella and sand mats we had everything we needed for a relaxing beach day. Great beaches are across the street. Very quiet in the evening, which we loved!

L'emplacement et les commodités du studio a répondu à toutes nos attentes; calme, propreté, sécurité et il est situé très près de toutes les commodités (restaurants, épiceries, lieux touristiques). Nous sommes des cyclistes et nous nous sommes baladés dans plusieurs secteurs de la Guadeloupe, tout est accessible et les automobilistes respectent les cyclistes, que des encouragements, allez allez pédaler...

Studio charmant à proximité de tout!

Studio propre avec jolie terrasse face à la mer, iguanes et oiseaux en observation!, tout le nécessaire dans la simplicité. La location du studio semble très récente, donc probablement qu'à l'avenir, il y aura davantage pour la literie et la cuisine. Épicerie à 10 minutes max à pieds. Très central. - seule chose, nous recommanderions aux futurs clients de débloquer leur cellulaire pour l'utiliser en Guadeloupe, car aucun tél fixe au studio ni de cabine téléphonique sur le site de la Résidence de la Vieille Tour. - autre recommandation: voiture fondamentale puisque transport en commun avec horaire irrégulier. Les propriétaires sont deux personnes adorables, souriantes, serviables, disponibles et sociables. Ils ont été de très bons conseils!

UN SEJOUR HARMONIEUX

Séjour de 17 jours dans un studio bien équipé en surplomb de la plage avec vue magnifique sur la baie.Accès sécurisé permettant de dormir sur ses deux oreilles dans un confort supérieur à la moyenne. Accueil de grande qualité de la part du couple propriétaire toujours prêt à se mettre en quatre pour garantir un séjour sans soucis matériel. C'est notre troisième déplacement en ce lieu paradisiaque et nous avons profité un maximum. Pas de bruit parasite de voisinage si ce n'est le ressac largement atténué lors de la fermeture des volets roulants de la terrasse. Cuisine neuve avec tout le nécessaire en principal et accessoires. Accès direct aux commerces et services de proximité à pied. Facilité d'accès au marché du Gosier le vendredi soir. Parking automobile dans la propriété avec contrôle permanent des entrées. Plage à accès restreint avec concierge vigilant sur nos droits aux transats de la copropriété. Ambiance détendue et respectueuse permettant un repos de qualité. Location refaite à neuf avant notre arrivée, nous l'avons inaugurée. Le descriptif de la location est en rapport avec la réalité.
