Dame Street Apartment

The best thing I could say about this apartment is it's location. It is within walking distance to the centre of the city and to most of the local tourist attrations.
The apartment was clean and tidy. Communications with the owner via email and texting were generally good. The apartment is small and not at all suitable for five adults - more suited to two adults and two children or four small people! There is a sofa bed in the lounge but noise from the street below ensured a sleepless night. Having only three chairs at the breakfast table didn't help matters but we took turns to eat at the table!
Overall, not bad accommodation and great if you just want somewhere to crash for a night or two - especially if you are twentysomething and your expectations are not too high!

Perfect place to stay for sightseeing!

Clan and nice 2 bedroom apartment. Perfect for our family of 5. Right in the heart of Dublin near the Temple bar district. We were within minutes of everything. The washer and dryer combo was a huge plus!

Perfect Central Dublin Location

The location of the apartment is perfect - just across the street to the Temple Bar area, 5 minutes from Christ Church Cathedral, Trinity College and Grafton St. shops. Good grocery store just two blocks away. 15 minutes gets you to Guiness, St. Patrick's Cathedral or O'Connell St. Easy access to bus and train.

The apartment is small, but clean and bright. We had three adults and were very comfortable. The smaller bedroom would have been difficult with a 4th adult, but is fine for one adult or a couple of children. It had everything we needed - even a clothes washing machine! And Ivan is kind enough to supply the unit with basics like dish soap, paper towels, laundry soap so we didn't have to purchase things like that.

We highly recommend this apartment!

Perfect position and great apartment

Since we didn't had a car, we were looking for a small apartment that had a central position and that was clean at a reasonable price. This apartment respects all our requests: it is two minutes far from the temple bar, 20 minutes from guinness storehouse, five minutes from the trinity college zone (on foot), so we didn't had problems to reach any tourist points. The apartment had been recently renovated and it was very clean. it has two beedrooms (one is smaller than the other but acceptable for two adults) and two bathrooms (but the bigger bedroom's one is a little small and the wc very delicate). We had a wonderful stay and Ivan is extremely helpful. If in the future we'll coming back again to dublin, i'll for sure contact again Ivan.
