Little Duxmore Barn is a stunning detached barn offering far-reaching views over the surrounding countryside, and set in an Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The barn is large, with vaulted beams and open plan with a tiled floor, wood burning stove and plenty of windows to fill it with light and views. This property has direct access to foot and cycle paths, perfect for anyone who is looking to explore the outdoors.

There are a number of activities and attractions nearby to enjoy including the popular town of Ryde and Appley with its beach and stunning coastline. Other attractions include the historic Osborne House, Carisbrooke Castle, Havenstreet Steam Railway, The Garlic Farm and Robin Hill Country Park- an 88 acre adventure park and gardens located in the village of Downend. The park is also noted for its wildlife, particularly the red squirrel which is now rare in England and is the location for the annual alternative music festival Bestival.

Please note that bedroom four is separated from the landing by a thick curtain.

Internally, the property is well equipped, cosy and the country cottage style makes an ideal home from home. Externally, the property has a large lawn and patio area around the property perfect for relaxing. The patio is furnished with a table and chairs offering the ideal setting for al fresco dining. Take advantage of the covered open barn containing a pool table, table tennis table and foosball table. There is secure parking for four cars inside the gate and additional on-street parking outside the property.
