Finished in a sharp cream render, set against the large panoramic glazed windows this exceptional property cuts quite a profile & cannot fail to impress.

Two of the four bedrooms face the Clearwater Lake & benefit from direct access to the large private balcony area, which affords uninterrupted views right across the lake and beyond - great for leisurely morning breakfasts or early evening drinks.

The villa benefits from a contemporary designed wood burner, making for cosy evenings by the fire listening to the crackling of the wood, whilst enjoying the tranquil setting.

CW52 Lodge is a unique holiday villa, situated on the prestigious Lower Mill Estate, the UK's first and as far as I am aware, only, residential nature reserve.

The estate is a real haven of peace and tranquillity and in my opinion, the perfect antidote to the stresses + demands of everyday life and forgive me for perhaps being presumptuous, but I do think you are going to absolutely love it!

What makes this house unique

CW52 Lodge is a chic glass fronted 4 bedroom property, presented over two floors, within a truly wonderful lakeside setting - on the beautiful & mature Clearwater Lake.

Thoroughly contemporary in its exterior and interior styling - with 2 x double bedrooms, two of which benefit from direct access onto a private balcony area, with beautiful views over Clearwater, this is a really spectacular property.

Enjoy of the wood burning stove for cosy nights in, whilst looking out on the majesty of your very own nature reserve !

Favourite spot in the Cotswolds now!

Came on a surprise break for our anniversary and I was very happy with my husbands choice. The estate was gorgeous, the different style houses reflecting at night, great view with a bottle of wine eating al freso on the decking outside and all you can hear is nature - bliss!! We thought the house was decorated very well and we felt really cosy. Not keen on self catering based on past experiences but this place was very clean, stylish comfy and we just really needed to bring ourselves. Not forgetting the facilities on the estate such as the Spa (beautiful indoor and outdoor pool, had it all to myself), farm shop, fishing, no need to venture far as it’s all there for you for a short walk.

Family friendly – best holiday in years

Came with the kids and extended family for a week’ s holiday. The property had everything we needed – tv/games/dvd’s, fully equipped kitchen that was a pleasure to cook in. We really liked the modern and clean design. The estate is safe, secure and quiet with kids playground, spa, tennis courts in the grounds, perfect for the kids to let off some steam. They loved the outdoor pool especially. The reserve is a beautiful setting – one evening we watched a heron from our balcony. Everyone in the group had an amazing time – will certainly be back.
