Beautiful townhouse for up to 9 people with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a private terrace with exceptional views to the Giralda tower, touristic icone from Seville. It is located in the heart of the historic and monumental city center, 50 metres to the Cathedral the most exclusive area in Seville.

Recently refurbished for modern day-life, this townhouse with high wooden-beam ceilings from the year 1900 is distributed in 3 levels.

Beside the entrance hall is bedroom#1 with two single beds, built-in wardrobe and bathroom with shower.

On the first floor, there is the large main double bedroom with two single beds placed together, double closet and en-suite batroom with shower.

On the second floor, there are bedroom #3 and the living and dining room with the kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower. The living room has a double sofa-bed for 2 additional guests, 4 armchairs and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped and provided with all modern appliances.

The terrace has exceptional views to the Giralda tower. It is provided with a table with chairs, deck chairs and a shower.

Great Location

We (2 couples, seniors) stayed in this apartment for 7 nights while visiting Seville. The location could not be better.
You can walk to all the attractions, there are a huge choice of tapas bars and restraurants within 3 minutes, there is a taxi stand a few metres away and the hop on hop off bus is close. Gaia tours is right around the corner and we used them to book a trip to Cordoba and to get tickets for a Flamenco show.
The apartment is very clean, comfortable and well equipped, really excellent value for the cost of the rental. Bedrooms are on different floors, 2 bedrooms have ensuites, the living room kitchen area has lots of room to gather in.
Like all apartments is this area there are stairs to climb, anyone with a disability should be aware of this.
We would definitly stay here again, so we could enjoy a glass of wine and the warm nights on the roof terrace.

Great Location, Great Host

Fabulous location right in the heart of Seville, walking to all the great neighborhoods, no car needed!
Pablo was really great to meet us and show us some locations for eating and visiting and how everything works in the house.
It is 4 floors, and each floor has a room. Bottom is bedroom with full bath, 2nd is double bedroom with full bath (supposed to be master bedroom, nice size), 3rd floor was living room, kitchen and another bedroom with full bath, and top floor was outside balcony and laundry room. So be prepared to walk a lot of stairs. Not ideal for people that have trouble with stairs.
The amenities were great, it had everything we needed. A store was about 10 minute walk away where we could shop for whatever we needed. The kitchen had enough to be able to cook, we really only had breakfast in the apartment.
Overall we stayed 5 nights but also rented a car and went farther afield some days returning back to Seville.
I highly recommend this apartment, it was a great location, great renter and overall good experience.

Fabulous house in the best location

Three storey town house with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen lounge and roof top terrace in the ideal location. Pablo met us on arrival at the house and gave us maps and recommendations for restaurants and flamenco shows. This the place to stay in Seville. We were so close to the cathedral with views of the Giralda from the terrace. We were there for four days and chose to eat out at all the lovely tapas bars and restaurants in the area. Recommend Gusto Ristobar on Calle Alemanes just round the corner for a typical Seville breakfast . However the house is well equipped for those wanting to prepare food inside and perhaps eat outside on the roof terrace.
Pablo recommended the Flamenco museum and it was brilliant. We booked a museum tour and flamenco show combined ticket one evening. A fantastic display of Flamenco. We have watched flamenco before and we were with Spanish friends. All agreed the dancing was of high standard. Alcazar palace is amazing, not to be missed and also a few minutes from the house. We also did a balcony and roof tour of the cathedral with amazing views of Seville. Also recommend climbing the Metropol Parasol a huge modern mushroom like structure about 15 minutes walk from the house. It looks a little out of place but go there at dusk and get the best views of Seville. At just 3 euros including a drink it is well worth the view. Overall a lovely house in a great location. I would definitely stay there again.

Met Every Need

We had a wonderful stay. Pablo was a gracious host and helped orient us when we arrived with recommendations for nearby restaurants, sites, and anything else we might need. The apartment is in a great location. It is a bustling area, but off on a smaller, quiet street so crowds and noises were not a problem. Plenty of space for our family of 2 adults and 4 children. Three bathrooms, laundry facility, and wifi were huge pluses. We would definitely recommend this property.

Location, Location, Location!

Located only one block from the Cathedral in the heart of the Centro, the location of this apartment cannot be beat! We enjoyed the roof top terrace with an awesome view of the Giralda Tower.
The apartment was very clean and well maintaned, just as advertised. We had plenty of space to spread out and loved having three bathrooms!
Overall, we had a great experience and can't wait to come back. Special thanks to Javier and Pablo for being great hosts and sharing their knowledge of Seville with us.

We stayed here for 5 days in late February and absolutely loved our time here. Seville is a stunning city - we found it hard to leave. This is a beautiful townhouse with a roof terrace right in the middle of the historic centre making it ideal for exploring the sites of the old town. It is less than a minute from the Cathedral. The temperature got up to 17 degrees during our stay so we were able to sit on the terrace during the day. There's a great view of the Giralda tower from the terrace and at night it is lit up, making it very atmospheric. We cooked every day and the kitchen is well-equipped with fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and plenty of pots and pans. The place is well-decorated throughout. We slept in the bedroom on the first floor and found the beds really comfortable and the room very spacious. The owner was great from start to finish. On arrival he gave us a map with recommended places to visit and eat and where to find the local supermarkets (which are within easy reach). We would highly recommend staying in this house. It is a wonderful place in a wonderful city.

The townhouse is located right in the heart of the historic city centre, at 50 metres to the majestic Cathedral, with all the main monuments around, such as the Royal Palace, City Hall, Archives of Indies, Archbishop`s Palace or the Fine Arts Museum.

The area is just in the border of the famous and beautiful Santa Cruz quartier. There are plenty of restaurants and bars of 'tapas' to enjoy the rich Spanish and Andalusian food. Live flamenco is available in several lounges around the house.
