Superior 3-bedroom duplex for up to 8 guests with private terrace. It is very centrally located, just 5 minutes walking distance from the Cathedral.

The apartment is of exceptional quality and finish. There is central air-conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, WIFI internet connection and flat-screen TV.

Double glazed windows infuse the apartment with light, while keeping the exterior noises out. With wooden flooring, original art works and contemporary design furniture.

Open-spaced living area with 2 sofas, large dining table and chairs. Adjacent, separated by sliding doors, is the kitchen equipped with all modern appliances for self-catering. With oven, washing-machine and dishwasher.

The three bedrooms are set on two different levels. On the upper floor is the master bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe. Bathroom complete with shower.

On the lower floor is the second bedroom with 2 single beds placed together. The third bedroom has 2 single beds as well and its accessed through bedroom 2. There is a second bathroom available with shower.

The private terrace is on the upper floor and is equipped with garden furniture: canopy, table, chairs and deck chairs.

WONDERFUL APARTMENT IN AN IDEAL LOCATION

A most wonderful apartment in a very central location close to the main tourist sights. The apartment has got everything you could need for an enjoyable stay in Seville. We did enjoy the outside area on the top floor which allowed us to have a fabulous view of the Semana Santa procession its way to the Cathedral on Palm Sunday. Pablo was an amazing host and helped us with so many things. There are some very nice restaurants and tapas bars near by. There is also a very good supermarket around the corner too. I would fully recommend this apartment you will not be disappointed!

PERFECT LOCALE AND BEAUTIFUL CONDO

Excellent location and beautiful condo. Many tapas spots and sights (bullring, cathedral, Triana, Musee Belles Artes etc etc) within close walking distance. Didn`t use a cab the four day stay except to and from the train station!
Condo is as beautiful as it appears on the listing and very clean and well taken care of. The owner was pleased to offer any advice and information we needed. Would definitely stay there again!!

MITTEN IN DER ALTSTADT

Wir sind mit 4 Personen in der Ferienwohnung gewesen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und verteilt sich auf 2 Etagen. Man kann sich auch bei schlechtem Wetter gut darin aufhalten. Wir haben auch selbst gekocht. Die Einrichtung ist eine sehr geschmackvolle Mischung aus modernem Mobiliar und einigen alten Möbeln: keine typische Ferienhauseinrichtung. Zwei der Schlafzimmer sind separat gelegen. Das dritte Zimmer ist nur durch Vorhänge von den Wohnräumen abgetrennt. Wir haben es nicht genutzt.
Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Man kann auch zwischendurch "nach Hause", um mal die Füße hoch zu legen. In wenigen Minuten Entfernung gibt es eine gute Bäckerei (Via Saragoza), eine Markthalle und einen gut sortiterten Supermarkt.
Die Vermietung gestaltelt sich völlig unkompliziert. Pablo ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.
Insgesamt eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

TOLLE WOHNUNG IN SUPER-LAGE

Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig zu den Hauptattraktionen der Stadt,aber nicht im "Rummel". Alles ist sehr hell und geräumig und bestens ausgestattet. In der Wohnung befinden sich viele private Dinge des Vermieters,was den Eindruck eines richtigen Zuhauses vermittelt;Man fühlt sich nie wie in einer Ferienwohnung.Alles ist bestens gepflegt,sehr sauber und funktioniert perfekt.
Der Eigentümer Pablo ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns gute Restaurant-Tips gegeben.Auch konnten wir das Gepäck wegen des späten Fluges bis nachmittags in der Wohnung lassen.Pablo spricht neben Englisch auch Deutsch.
Bei einem weiteren Besuch in Sevilla würden wir immer wieder gerne hier wohnen.

WUNDERSCHÖNE ALTBAUWOHNUNG IM HERZEN VON SEVILLA

Dieses Apartment ist sehr zu empfehlen für bis zu 3 Paare oder Familien mit größeren Kindern. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles war sauber und in gutem Zustand.
Die Betreuung durch unseren Gastgeber Pablo war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet.
Jederzeit würden wir dort wieder hinfahren!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in Seville in this modern and updated property in the Arenal neighborhood of Sevilla. It was the perfect accommodation for our family of four with room to spare. We received a warm greeting from the property owner and helpful tips regarding the sights of Sevilla and the surrounding area.

The duplex was just as it is featured in the pictures on its listing and we would happily stay again on our next visit to Sevilla. It is located in easy walking distance from all of the primary attractions in Sevilla and is a welcoming, quiet retreat at the end of a busy day.
