Superior 3-bedroom duplex for up to 8 guests with private terrace. It is very centrally located, just 5 minutes walking distance from the Cathedral.

The apartment is of exceptional quality and finish. There is central air-conditioning, ceiling fans, heating, WIFI internet connection and flat-screen TV.

Double glazed windows infuse the apartment with light, while keeping the exterior noises out. With wooden flooring, original art works and contemporary design furniture.

Open-spaced living area with 2 sofas, large dining table and chairs. Adjacent, separated by sliding doors, is the kitchen equipped with all modern appliances for self-catering. With oven, washing-machine and dishwasher.

The three bedrooms are set on two different levels. On the upper floor is the master bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe. Bathroom complete with shower.

On the lower floor is the second bedroom with 2 single beds placed together. The third bedroom has 2 single beds as well and its accessed through bedroom 2. There is a second bathroom available with shower.

The private terrace is on the upper floor and is equipped with garden furniture: canopy, table, chairs and deck chairs.

Wonderful apartment in an ideal location

A most wonderful apartment in a very central location close to the main tourist sights. The apartment has got everything you could need for an enjoyable stay in Seville. We did enjoy the outside area on the top floor which allowed us to have a fabulous view of the Semana Santa procession its way to the Cathedral on Palm Sunday. Pablo was an amazing host and helped us with so many things. There are some very nice restaurants and tapas bars near by. There is also a very good supermarket around the corner too. I would fully recommend this apartment you will not be disappointed!

Perfect Locale and Beautiful Condo

Excellent location and beautiful condo. Many tapas spots and sights (bullring, cathedral, Triana, Musee Belles Artes etc etc) within close walking distance. Didn`t use a cab the four day stay except to and from the train station!
Condo is as beautiful as it appears on the listing and very clean and well taken care of. The owner was pleased to offer any advice and information we needed. Would definitely stay there again!!

Ein wunderbares Zuhause in einer wunderbaren Stadt

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dieser wunderbaren Wohnung . Die gesamte Wohnung macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck und ist sehr luxuriös ausgestattet , es fehlt an nichts.
Wer in Sevilla wunderbare Tage verbringen möchte und eine Wohnung einem Hotelzimmer vorzieht, sollte sich diese Gelegenheit nicht entgehen lassen, hier zu wohnen. Die Entfernung zum Zentrum ist ideal, von hier aus kann man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in wenigen Minuten fussläufig erreichen, der Wohnungseigentümer war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend , wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Tranquilidad, comodidad, elegancia...

Hemos disfrutado dos días de vuestra casa. Agradecemos de corazón la bienvenida de Javier. Nos dio toda la información sobre Sevilla y nos ofreció cualquier ayuda que necesitáramos.
Es una casa muy confortable, muy céntrica, muy cercana a restaurantes y centros comerciales.
La casa, en la realidad, es mejor que en las fotos. Está muy limpia. La terraza , te invita por la noche a pasar un agradable rato.
En fin, si tuviéramos que evaluar la estancia, sería un 10.

Vaste appartement luxueux très bien situé au coeur de Séville avec tous les services souhaités, wi fi,climatisation, interphone...conforme au descriptif de l'annonce. L'amabilité et les conseils de Pablo sont un vrai plus.
