ENTRY ISLAND, QUIET, NATURE AREA, PANORAMIC, OPEN TO THE SEA

House of 160 m2 on 2 levels, thus distributed:

On the ground floor: living room and dining-room of 40m2 open on a 20m2 kitchen with utility room, separate WC and entrance. The living rooms have access to the terraces surrounding the house

First floor: 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with WC

The house has been renovated in a contemporary style with anthracite gray aluminum windows. It is fully insulated and thus protected from the cold winter as the summer heat. It is nice in all seasons.

It is very clear, bright and sunny all day: all parts (except a room and bathrooms) have 2 windows.

From the house, we see the sun sunrise to sunset.

Sea view from the terrace of the 1st floor and the bed of the master bedroom!

No noise in this house campaign and sea, absolute tranquility.!

This is not an impersonal rental income but our house we just recharge us throughout the year and as often as possible. We let the entire bottom of groceries, cleaning products, our tablecloths ... Our wish: make you feel at home, as well as we are!

We provide 6 adult free bicycles available.

Suitable for a large family or two families, dogs (kennel available) or cats are accepted subject to prior agreement.

First we were attracted by the island of Oleron, its climate, its light, its authenticity and access. Then we fell in love with this house for its location: at the entrance of the island, no input or output trap, 50m from the bike path (Castle / Grand Village) and 1.5 km of Harbour Castle and its cabins but especially by his AMAZING environment: wood, oyster beds, bike paths, dead: therefore views, quiet, space and exposure.

A few words about Le Chateau d'Oleron: historical and cultural capital of the island of Oléron, one of its nicest resorts, a charming destination. Fortified city from the XII century with a citadel and Vauban ramparts

Le Chateau d'Oleron is THE town in the island that lives throughout the year. Whatever the season, the city is bustling thanks to its local market every morning except Monday. Renowned food shops, restaurants for all tastes and budgets, gourmets find it!

We are a large family, love of the sea and practicing many water sports.

We like cultural visits and thanks to our location on the island, we easily get out of the island to discover the historical treasures of Charente-Maritime (Romanesque churches, castles, museums, ...). We also enjoy cultural events at Château d'Oléron, unique on the island.

Finally, we like to see migratory flights pass over the house!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une maison à l'image de ses propriétaires : accueillante et chaleureuse.

Idéalement située entre Grand Village avec sa plage sur l'Océan et le Château d'Oléron, nous avons tout fait à vélo. Un bon point pour la bonne idée de nous avoir mis à disposition les vélos de la maison.

Grands comme petits étions tous ravis de rentrer après une bonne journée de mer et de vélo pour profiter du jardin (trampoline et ping-pong) et du confort de la maison.

Je recommande chaudement cette villa tant pour l'accueil de ses propriétaires que pour ses prestations.

A consommer sans modération entre amis ou en famille !

Séjour extra !

On comprend que vous ayez été séduits par l’île et la situation de cette villa.

La maison est très accueillante, ensoleillée, fonctionnelle, bien équipée.

Située en pleine verdure, au calme, on profite bien de la quiétude de la nature environnante. ! Belle rénovation !!!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la situation au calme, les joggings le long des chenaux, les promenades à vélo, Le Château d'Oléron à dix pas (ou deux roues ....)

Les enfants râlaient un peu pour aller à vélo aux belles plages de l'océan. Mais le déplacement vaux bien quelques coups de pédales.

Une fois rentrés, ils étaient heureux de profiter du trampoline et de pêcher devant la maison.

Nous avons finalement très peu utilisé la voiture ! Tout et tous à vélo !

Merci pour vos bons tuyaux (La bibliothèque et ses guides de la région nous ont été d'un grand secours pour organiser nos journées.).

Il reste encore tant de choses à faire, à voir....

Nous reviendrons !
