The Marais Elegance apartment (Dreams Apartments Paris) is located in a charming 19th century building in the trendy Marais neighborhood. This quiet and bright apartment has all the charm and authenticity of Paris with antique furniture, beautiful parquet floors, and fireplace. It's fully equipped, providing comfort, space and practicality while still remaining cosy and welcoming.
The two bedrooms have AC, king sized beds, and closets. The two bathrooms are spacious and modern. The kitchen is open on the spacious living room, it is fully equipped to allow you to cook delicious french meals.
The second bedroom can also be set with twin beds, and two more quests can sleep in the living room queen sized sofa bed.

Nicely appointed charming apartment in the heart of Le Marais

This is a very charming apartment in the heart of Le Marais. Its decoration is immaculate and it is well equipped. Both bedrooms are spacious enough and both bathrooms are well decorated and functional. There is only one toilet and one has to cross the living room to get to it which is a little inconvenient. There are also 3 steps in the narrow hallway linking the living room and the bedrooms which are not the easiest to negotiate but it is part of the quirky charm of this apartment. We didn't cook so I can't really say if the kitchen is fully equipped or not but it certainly looked it. The views from the windows are a little disappointing (although as advertised): rooftops and inner courtyards. As is often the case in Paris, the lift was a very narrow and just good enough for one passenger with bags or two with no bags. The external facade of the building is beautiful and an architectural feast but the apartment is situated at the back. We had no noise disturbance whatsoever during our stay. Cecile who manages the property was very responsive and everything worked out as planned. Overall, I think this is a solid offering that I would recommend.

This is a perfect property and the only thing I would change is the location of the bathroom. Having had knee surgery 7 weeks ago it was a long way from the bedroom with a few stairs and the floor creaked so it woke my partner up. Otherwise, you could not want for anything as this was so well appointed and supplied. Lovely!

PERFECT Vacation Apartment in Paris!

We recently stayed in this listing for 4 nights on our vacation to Paris (November 2023). The apartment was PERFECT for our family of four. It was exactly as shown in the pictures, and was incredibly comfortable. It was very clean and well appointed. The owner has thought of everything, to include a book of helpful information and suggestions for the guests. The location and neighborhood were awesome. In fact, our private tour guide and our driver (both of whom are French) commented on how great the neighborhood was. Tons of great shops, cafes, bistros, etc. I cannot recommend this listing enough. Worth every penny! Thank you for a FABULOUS experience in Paris. Can't wait to go back and stay here again! PS - take advantage of the owner's driver if you can. He is GREAT!

Le Marais is my favorite part of Paris. I've always loved hanging on in the charming streets of this area, and feel like if I was in a cute little village. There are plenty of fancy restaurants and cafés, trendy shops and art galleries, open markets, and above all, it's so close to everything that you want to see or visit when you're in Paris. I believe location is the most important when you choose a vacation rental, and you won't be disappointed!

What makes this property unique

This apartment is one of the very few legal short term furnished apartment in Paris. It's also one of the very 4 star rated furnished apartment.
It is located in one of the most beautiful building if the street. It is very quiet, spacious and bright. I like the ancient wooden floor and the fireplace. When I renovated this apartment, I took extra care to keep the charm of this typical Parisian apartment. Anti bed bug mattress protector on each mattress.
