Seafront large 180 sqm 3 bedroom apartment

This massive apartment is the largest holiday apartment on St Julain’s Seafront. This apartment is served by lift and enjoys air-conditioning in all bedrooms. WiFi internet is included in the apartment free of charge. Satellite TV is also included.

This apartment is on the 4th floor and enjoys great sea views as you can see in the photos. The promenade in front of the apartment is the longest promenade in Malta and is the most popular for jogging, walking or just going out and meet friends.

The apartment measures about 180 square meters. It has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath) and also a separate WC (so in total it has 3 WC). The apartment has a large dining and sitting room with 2 balconies overlooking the bay. The kitchen and a second dining room are in a separate room. The apartment and the rooms are so large that we can add further extra beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, cooker, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, all necessary cutlery and dishes and also an automatic washing machine. In the living there is a nice sofa and television with satellite therefore you will the option to choose from many different channels. It is very relaxing and romantic to sit in the living room or on the balcony to enjoy dinner facing the sea and at the same time watch the sunset. The balcony is quite big and does have a table with chairs.

This apartment is within 15 minutes from Paceville (this is an area full with bars, restaurants, discos, nightclubs, cinemas, shopping complexes etc.

The best sandy beaches in Malta, as all the other tourist attractions are only one bus away. The bus stop is close to the apartment.

To swim, one can choose from. Rocky beaches close by, St Georges Bay which is just a few meters away from the apartment, Many swimming pools in the area, lidos, and small pebbly beaches along The coast. Other sandy beaches like Mellieha Bay, Golden Bay, Paradise Bay, Gnejna Bay, etc are easily reached by bus. From a jetty in Sliema you can take ferries or day cruises to the other smaller islands of the Maltese archipelago, like Gozo and Comino.

The apartment is also very close to the supermarket and the town of Sliema. In Sliema there are the best fashion outlets and ferries and one day cruise boats to the famous Blue Lagoon and to other hot sandy beaches and small islands in the Maltese archipelago.

We are full time on our properties and so can offer a great service and a 24/7 support during your stay in Malta. We also offer to help you with airport transfers and give you tips on which are the best places to visit and the best activities to do in Malta. Thus you will have the best holiday of your life :)

The location of apartment is idyllic. It is just 10m from the sea. It is close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets The street is a main road but since the apartment is high up traffic noise is not loud.

The bus stop is just 100m away. The buses from this bus stop go to all tourist attractions in Malta.

Sliema Ferries is also just 1500m from the apartment. From here you can cross by ferry to Valletta, do one day cruises around the island, visit the Blu Lagoon, or make a smaller trip around the Grand Harbour.

Sono stato una settimana in vacanza a Malta insieme ad altre 15 persone e, nonostante fossimo in 16, abbiamo passato una stupenda settimana in questo appartamento. Spazioso e ben collegato sia alla vita notturna (7 min a piedi dai locali più esclusivi dell'isola) che alle località di maggior interesse, l'appartamento è l'ideale per gruppi di ragazzi che desiderano passare il giorno a prendere il sole in spiaggia e la notte a divertirsi spostandosi da un locale all'altro. Il proprietario si è dimostrato sempre disponibile sia prima che mentre il soggiorno. Una vacanza perfetta!

A very nice place with an excelent situation close to Pace Ville. Very well furnished, big enough for a big group. Very nice views. Very near to the beach. Clean. Everthing needed for a two weeks holidays is in the apartment. Shops close to the place.

We rent the apartement for 3 nights for 9 people.

The apartment is located in a beautiful and quiet bay and it is very close to paceville to enjoy Malta's nightlife.

The aprtment is very big so we din't have problems of space at all during our staying.

Abbiamo alloggiato presso questa abitazione in 9 ragazzi, dal 22 al 29 Agosto. La posizione è perfetta, centralissima! L'appartamento è decisamente grande e spazioso, con una vista bellissima sul porto e la città di St. Julians. E' dotato di tutto ciò che serve per passare 7 giorni da favola presso quest'isola :) Il proprietario è gentilissimo e disponibilissimo, in quanto ci ha anche redatto un programma su ciò da vedere e fare a Malta in una settimana. Consigliatissimo :)

You can book it without to be concerned. The appartment has a great seaview, is clean, new and included everthing we needed for a great time in Malta! They arranged us also transfers all over the Island, we had a soccer game, so everthing was well done. Very kind approach, even the drivers are very kind and accomodating. in the area there are many fashion outlets, bars, restaurants, kiosks, Beach clubs, upmarket marinas, boat renal outlets, lidos, swimming pools etc.

The bus stop is also just few meters away. From this bus stop all tourist attractions are just 1 bus away!
