3 bedrooms,all en-suite (sleeps up to 10), 4 patios, private lawned garden

This beautiful townhouse boasts space and comfort with stunning views and plenty to do all within 800metres. The private, west-facing garden enjoys the sun until late and has a gate leading to a shared swimming pool. There are 2 pools available, one of which is heated in the winter. Both with loungers and umbrellas. Being front-line, there are unobstructed views of the golf course and beyond. There are tennis courts and a second shared swimming pool (heated) and sunbathing area, located at the front of the property, enabling you to enjoy the pool life12 months a year. The house boasts a huge open plan lounge/dining area with fireplace and cathedral ceiling. There are 3 leather sofas, a big screen TV with internet TV and an indoor dining area. There is also a sofa bed here to accommodate a further 2 people, making the total capacity 10, if need be.

Also on this level is the kitchen, utility room and Guest cloakroom.

There are stairs leading down to the 3 spacious bedrooms, all with en-suite and fitted wardrobes. All opening onto private patio areas. The back bedrooms have a large terrace leading onto the private lawned garden which has a gate leading to the communal pool and sunbathing area, just 10 metres away. There are outside steps too, leading to the upper level of the house. The house has Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in every room. There is an electronic double garage with remote control and electronic gates going into the urbanisation, ensuring your safety and comfort at all times. The meticulously manicured gardens of this urbanisation are cared for by full time gardeners who have created a delightful scene of colour and fragrance. There is a supermarket, some bars and restaurants all within a 800 metre walk.

High quality and great location

This house had everything we wanted and more for our stay. The location was ideal for us as it was only 40 mins drive from Malaga airport and had an electronic security gate on the front of the site so we felt safe and the kids could come and go as they please to both swimming pools and the tennis courts.
The house was located front line, overlooking the golf course and had 3 large terraces and its own private garden as well as brick built BBQ, so loads of outside space to sunbath and relax.
The main pool area was only a few metres from our door too.
The open plan living/dining room and kitchen were upstairs and beautifully furnished. Large TV with all the English channels, 3 sofas, dining table set for 8 and extra sofa bed just in case!
3 large bedrooms downstairs, all with ensuite showers & toilets (our room had a large walk-in shower AND a jacuzzi bath) and loads of cupboards & drawers.
Everything was modern, new and immaculately clean.
Julia (the agent) greeted us at the main gate and showed us to the house where we had a private double garage for the two cars.
She gave us all the information we needed and a few pointers on good local bars and restaurants.
The nearest shops and bars are only a few hundred meters away, but the walk is up and down a steep hill and quite tiring in the hot sun.
The next towns along are both only 5 mins drive in both directions (La Cala de Mijas village is lovely, with loads more shops and restaurants and a great beach)
Marbella & Puerto Banus was 15 mins drive down the main road, and we also drove to Gibralter which was less than an hour on the motorway (although we did queue for 45 mins to get in!)
All in all, a fantastic holiday, in a fantastic house.
We were two families, with 5 adults and 3 kids and feel that we got great value and 5 star quality (worked out less than £130 each!)

A lovely house with great facilities

The house is in superb condition with all the facilities you would want in a holiday home. Boasting 3 huge bedrooms all with ensuite facilities and fantastic inside and outside living space.
The grounds, garden and pool were immaculate and you virtually step out of the garden gate into the swimmimg pool which was rarely crowded and at times felt like our own private pool.
You are within 35 minutes of the airport and there is also lots to do nearby (the grounds overlook a golf course) plenty of good restaurants within a short drive at La Cala and Calanhonda (if you dont want to make use of the great barbeque on the upper terrace!) and easy access to Benalmadena , Marbella or the beach at Cabopino.
I would recommend this property to families or a group of friends looking for a high quality property with as much or as little as you want to do within easy reach.

There is so much to do here. To start with Tennis courts and Golf Courses surround the urbanisation. There are 4 patio areas accessible from the kitchen, living room and bedrooms. Whether you are looking for sun or shade, there will be somewhere to enjoy a book and tranquility. Your private lawned garden has a gate that leads out to a swimming pool. Rattan loungers and dining furniture complete the terrace along with the purpose built bbq. You wont have to go far from the house to find Tennis, bars, supermarkets and restaurants.

The urbanisation has its own tennis courts for you to enjoy free of charge, so don't forget to bring your own rackets and balls. There is another swimming pool just by the tennis court that is heated through the winter. The blue flag beaches at La Cala are just a 5 minute drive away, (25 minute walk) with luxury loungers to enjoy the charm of this once, small fishing village.

Water sport equipment is available for hire here too for those wishing to actively build up an appetite for a fresh fish lunch in one of the many chiringuitas dotted along the sand.

Cabopino's beach is less than a 10 minute drive away, where lunch at Andy's bar is well recommended.

Fuengirola boasts an Aqua park for family fun and don't forget to visit the bio park where big cats and gorillas are just part of an extensive breeding programme.
