Beautiful family townhouse in converted 18th Century building near Midhurst.

33 Budgenor Lodge is a beautifully presented and stylish family townhouse, forming part of a wonderful converted Grade II listed property that dates back to the 18th Century. It is an ideal property for friends or family to share, sleeping up to 6 guests, offering secure parking and garden. Budgenor Lodge is a short distance from the popular South Down town of Midhurst, famous for its association with Cowdray Park, the home of polo in the UK.

The entrance to the house overlooks the impressive courtyard of the former workhouse building. On the ground floor there is an open plan feel, with a sitting room and kitchen, with a dining area in a bright and airy conservatory area. There are all the modern conveniences you should need, including Sky television, internet access, a dishwasher and washing machine. The conservatory leads onto an open garden area which is great to enjoy on sunny summer evenings.

On the first floor there are 2 good sized double bedrooms. One of these has a stylish en-suite shower room and there is also a family bathroom. On the top floor (2nd floor) there is a further large double bedroom.

There is a secure parking area with 2 allocated parking sapce for no.33.
