This development is on the outskirts of the Spanish town of Sabanillas which is to the West of Estepona heading in the direction of Gibraltar. Situated in a nice development close to the main coast road the apartment is approximately 5 minutes walk from the beach and local bars and restaurants. Within easy driving distance is the country town of Casares, the Port of Duquesa which is also within walking distance, and Gibraltar and the rest of the Cadiz region. Malaga airport is just under one hours drive and Gibraltar is about thirty minutes. The coastal area is un-spoilt and ideal for lot of beach activities.

This is a delightful holiday apartment offering ideal accommodation for a family or group of up to four people. The comfortable accommodation includes a well decorated lounge dining room complete with satellite television, a flat screen TV, and DVD player. The master bedroom which also has an en-suite bathroom has a large double bed, and ample wardrobe space. The second bedroom has twin beds and again plenty of wardrobe space. The American style kitchen is fully fitted with washing machine, oven, hob and microwave and plenty of storage and work space for those that prefer to cook more than eating out. From the lounge you walk out on to the terrace which overlooks the swimming pool and garden area and from which there is a spiral iron staircase up to the roof top solarium which is perfect for sunbathing. The apartment has air conditioning in the master suite and perfectly equipped for a relaxing holiday in the sun.

Excellent location and a lovely apartment

The apartment is in an ideal location, very close to the beach (5 minute walk) and a great pool area. Neighborhood is very quiet and shops are only a short drive away - although you could easily walk there.

The apartment is exceptionally clean and very well equipped, and we would highly recommend it.

lovely villa in a convenient location

Excellent clean villa with all the amenities 15 minute flat walk from the beach.It has a very nice balcony and solarium which are not overlooked by other properties.I would fully recommend for couples or families.

  • A cot and high chair can be rented for 50 Euros for up to two weeks hire. A late arrival charge of 30 Euros is charged for arrivals as of 9pm or 50 Euros for arrivals as of midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We have a safe at our office in the port of Estepona if you prefer to pick up the keys from here at no charge. All payments however will need to be made in advance. ALL our properties with AC have a limit on the electricity bill which is included per week. If this limit is exceeded, the amount will be deducted from your security deposit. Wifi Routers are available for Hire (upon previous reservation), 2GB for 60€, 1G for 45€. Recharges are 40€ for 2GB and 25€ for 1GB. For properties, which have ADSL installed there might be a charge of 30€ per week. Where English TV is advertised, we are unable to guarantee this for all of the year 2014 , however, we will do our best to find an alternative solution when the satellites are withdrawn.
