The luxury 3 bed apartment with stunning sea views is located in a desirable area on Sandown seafront.
It is situated on the top floor (7th Floor) of an exclusive development offering panoramic sea views with secure allocated parking for 1 car in the south of the beautiful Isle of Wight.
We have only recently added this apartment to our portfolio of rental properties a month ago and the response has been very positive.
The local beach is literally on the doorstep of the apartment and the bay itself is arguably the best bay on the Isle of Wight boasting an award winning blue flag. It is within walking distance (5 mins) of the town which hosts restaurants, coffee houses and shops.
The apartment itself boasts a large open plan living area, 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and a bunk bedded room) and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite). There is a large balcony to the front of the apartment where you have uninterrupted sea views of Sandown Bay. The kitchen has a gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and washer dryer. There is a plasma TV, wifi and cots and high chairs are available upon request.
The apartment is furnished to a high specification and is fully equipped to accommodate up to 6 persons. The 5 star apartment has all that you would need to ensure a perfect break with board games, books, DVD collection, iPod speaker and upon arrival you will be greeted with a local welcome pack.

I was born and raised In Sandown - I am very passionate about Sandown and I am enjoying bringing up my young family in Sandown. My 2 boys have such a wonderful life as they have the freedom of the beach to play on and enjoy an active lifestyle.
I believe the IOW is the jewel in the crown of the UK and being only 2 hours away form London and the home counties - we need to encourage people down to enjoy the what the IOW has to offer.

The layout of the property has the lounge and kitchen facing the sea allowing you to take in the sea air whilst relaxing. The beach literally is 10 metres from the front of the building so perfect to stroll out and enjoy the Bay.
The flat is equipped to how i would expect a flat should be as my family has been in the holiday business for 30 years.
