Benefiting from a full refurbishment, the property features a spacious open plan living/dining area, with comfortable chairs and sofas you can relax into after a long day of sightseeing.

There are 3 bedrooms - bedroom one has a double, bedroom 2 a zip and link which can be singles or a king, and the Master a King bed. The master bedroom also has an en-suite.

There is a delightful balcony area with a table to seat 2 where you can breakfast or enjoy an evening drink admiring the fabulous Edinburgh views. The kitchen features all mod cons and if you fancy a night in, it is perfect for cooking so you can settle down for the evening and take advantage of the superb accommodations on offer (or use our chef service so you don't have to lift a finger!).
