Typical holiday villa on the Côte d'Azur, feet in the water, clinging to the ledge, it has direct access to the sea, in the hollow of a small cove with very clear waters.

Halfway between Saint-Tropez and Cannes you will love this nestled between the pines where peace and tranquility reign secluded villa.

You go inside to an entrance hall, extended dining room and living room (internet connection, but a TV that is only used for video games or DVD). Fully equipped kitchen.

There is, at this level, 3 double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom and a shared bathroom with two other rooms.

On the lower floor there is an extra bedroom with 4 bunk use only by children (limited ceiling height) beds. There are nevertheless a new bathroom on this floor, and laundry.

Front of the villa there is a beautiful terrace with umbrella pines, and a splendid view of the sea can enjoy the sun on the sun loungers reserved space.

A private staircase leads down to a small beach, which is not private but easily accessible so uncrowded.

This villa has parking for 2 vehicles.

The closest (bakery, supermarket, fishmonger, hairdresser, etc.). Shops are 1. 4km, and downtown Saint-Raphael about 15km.
