Stunning villa within a private estate set at the highest point between Cannes and Fréjus offering a paradisiacal view of the gulf

The Côte d’Azur in the summer doesn’t necessarily rhyme with overcrowded beaches and dense traffic. Should you wish to enjoy the beauty of the Mediterranean, and the brightness of its sky, all the while seeking peacefulness, silence, and nature, then this villa is the perfect place for you.

Located in the Estérel mountain range, a few kilometres away from Cannes and Fréjus, this villa can be accessed within 30 minutes via a small road that climbs, and climbs…and which goes through a private domain with sumptuous houses spread out among oak trees, eucalyptus trees, and mimosas.

Right on top, hidden by the plants, the house enjoys a unique position, with a stunning view of the La Napoule Gulf and the Adrets de l’Estérel mountain range. Feel like a bird about to soar into the great blue sky.

Built in stones, if feels like the house springs out of the rocks. It is in complete and perfect harmony with nature. All the rooms are on one level, and open up both on the pool and on the garden and the view. No nearby neighbours, absolute peacefulness and privacy. Covered terraces run the length of the façade. That way, you will be able to make the most of the outdoors during the hottest hours of the day, and during the freshness of the evenings.

The communal rooms are comfortable without being tacky, and are furnished with warm and primitive materials, in a Provencal countryside spirit. Everyone will have his/her own private space thanks to the 5 bedrooms and the 4 bathrooms. Three bedrooms have double or queen beds, two have sofa beds. The villa hence sleeps up to 10 people.

Please note: one of the bedrooms with a sofa bed is on the basement floor, close to the garage-utility room, but enjoys great independence and also has a window (maybe for the family’s youngsters?)

This villa is a true living area, as shows its filled bookcase, its numerous decorating objects from all around the world, its fully-equipped kitchen, and the very complete indoors and outdoors furniture. We guarantee a unique stay.

We provide fresh bed linens and bath towels. The beds are made shortly before your arrival. Weekly housekeeping is included, as well as complete cleaning after your departure. You will find toiletries in the bathrooms and a welcome basket with a selection of teas and coffees in the kitchen.

Overlooking the La Napoule Gulf, this villa will offer you a stunning view of the Mediterranean and the Lérins Islands.

Due to its rather isolated geographical location, a car is necessary. The very lively towns of Cannes, Fréjus, and Saint-Raphaël are a half-hour away from the property via the DN7, and the airport of Nice is a 45-minute drive away through the motorway (take the Cannes or Les Adrets de l’Estérel exit).

You will hence be a half-hour away from the most beautiful beaches of the Côte d’Azur, all the while enjoying the peacefulness of the hinterland. Our personal favourites are: Théoule and the Le Trayas, for the lovely coves and the crystal-clear water.

The villa is also ideally located for hikes on the Estérel trails: the Mont Vinaigre, the Pic de l’Ours, and the Pic du Cap Roux offer stunning panoramas.
