Marmaduke House - a house that sleeps 10 guests in 5 bedrooms

At Marmaduke House in Bath city centre, you can please all of the people all of the time. This handsome Victorian house is perfect for a big gathering of family or friends as it has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, with a TV in every room, lots of space and storage and a large parking bay for up to 3 cars. Everything that Bath has to offer is within a few minutes walk, it couldn't be easier.

Overlooking a pretty planted front garden, the living room has a large 'L' shaped leather sofa and a further double sofa by a grand Victorian decorative fire-place. There is a large TV with a DVD and CD player with I-pod docking.

The dining room seats 10 and looks over a planted courtyard. Alongside is the Kitchen which is well stocked with china and glassware. There is an electric hob, and double oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge and separate freezer. Along the corridor is another large fridge and separate freezer, a separate cloakroom with WC and hand basin and a utility with a combined washing machine and dryer. Outside is a planted courtyard with two small cast-iron tables and 8 chairs.

On the first floor there is a double room with a deep window bay. It has a king size bed (5 ft), TV and a small en-suite with bath (with shower over), hand basin and WC. There is a terracotta twin room with a TV and a spacious en-suite with a bath (with shower over), hand basin and WC. Lastly on this floor is a blue checked twin room with a TV and across the corridor is a bathroom with little bath (with electric shower over), hand basin and WC.

On the Second floor is a green double room with double bed (4'6"), TV and an en-suite under the eaves. This has a bath (with shower over), a hand basin and a WC. Finally there is a navy blue double room with a double bed (4'6"), TV and an en-suite with bath (with shower over), hand basin and WC.

There is designated parking for up to 3 cars at the back of the property and Charlotte street car park next door for additional cars. Alternatively the Bath Spa train or bus stations are only a 15 minute walk away.
