The Old Cabbage Patch is a spacious house in the village of Trevone and is situated within walking distance to the beach, a pleasant sandy bay popular with families.

Internally, this property has been furnished to a high standard throughout and comfortably sleeps ten people. Externally, there is a decked garden complete with a barbeque, patio table and chairs; perfect for al-fresco dining. Nearby there is a farm shop, pub, post office and café while Trevone Beach and surf school are just a short walk away.

Please note, there is a fixed stair gate located at the top and the bottom of the stairs – the property is extremely child friendly.

This property operates a Friday changeover all year and does not accept short breaks.

Location

The popular fishing port of Padstow, with its pretty harbour and gourmet restaurants, is a five minute drive away. A variety of boat trips regularly depart from the harbour, providing cruises and fishing trips along with a ferry across the estuary to Rock. Padstow also offers a wide range of activities including cycling the Camel Trail, surfing, fishing, karting, golf and coasteering.

For food lovers, Rick Steins pub, The Cornish Arms at St Merryn is a five minute drive from the property, serving fresh local food. Also, Trevone Farm Shop is a short walk from the property.
