Large family house classified 3 stars by the department of Charente Maritime, can easily accommodate 2 to 3 families (2 couples and up to 6 or 7 children) or 3 couples (since 3 double beds), ideally located, location number 1, with the beach at 50 m, the shops and the market at two minutes, the port and the station sailing at 200 meters.
Even the car is on vacation, no need to take it back for the duration of your stay.
this house has been completely redone in 2014, It is maintained each year and improved for your comfort. The service is worthy of a hotel, your beds are indeed made upon your arrival to make the most of your stay.
Out of season, the ping pong table in a space provided at the back of the house will challenge young and old ... .to you laugh !!!

Tolle Lage und viel Platz

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft. 2 Gehminuten zum Strand und 5 Gehminuten zum Markt, Supermarkt und Bäcker. Hafen mit Restaurants auch um die Ecke. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz, riesiger Garten mit schönen Sitzgelegenheiten, Schaukel und Tischtennisplatte. Ausstattung absolut in Ordnung. Einziges kleines Manko ist die doch recht enge und einzige Toilette. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen. Fünf Sterne!

Un rapport qualité/prix à revoir à la baisse

De sympathiques vacances dans une maison bien située entre la plage et le marché avec un grand jardin pas assez isolé de la rue trop de vues sur la maison, finir les plantation de clôture. - Mobilier de jardin à rafraîchir - Agencement intérieur confortable 3 belles chambres, plus une quatrième en mezzanine qui manque d'intimité malgré le rideau. Pour un confort plus grand, créer un WC de taille normale et une autre salle d'eau. Un rapport qualité/prix à revoir à la baisse, si les observations faites ci dessus ne sont pas prises en compte.

Super séjour dans maison idéalement placée

Maison idéalement placée, jardin et maison agréable. Propriétaire très disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Maison parfaite à 4. Un toilette supplémentaire serait nécessaire si plus de convives.

Maison très agréable

Près de la plage, du marché, grand jardin très sympa, salon plus petit que l'impression donnée par les photos, mais s'il fait beau tout se passe dehors!
