Waterfront St. Lucia House With Beach 300 Metres Away

Admiral’s Quay #5 has a spacious sitting /dining room with stereo and cable vision TV. The room is cooled by ceiling fans and it opens out through French doors onto a patio. The view from the patio is of the Rodney Bay Lagoon with its boat traffic of luxury yachts and smaller craft. There is a well equipped kitchen and laundry room and a small powder room

Upstairs there are three air conditioned bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, ensuite shower room, built in wardrobes, dressing table and a private balcony. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, dressing table, built in wardrobes and its own private waterfront balcony, bedroom 3 has bunk beds. There is an additional shower room that is shared by bedrooms 2 and 3.

Admiral’s Quay is situated in fully landscaped gardens, with a large swimming pool, with stunning sea views up towards the cap estate and St. Lucian mountains.

The rental price includes full maid services, linen and use of the private pontoon.
