The cottage can sleep four people in two bedrooms, one ground floor double, and one first floor twin, which can be converted into a super king-size double, and benefits from en-suite facilities. The rest of the cottage is made up of a ground floor bathroom and open plan living accommodation, with patio doors leading to the patio garden. There is off road parking for two cars available outside this cottage, and a decked patio area with furniture. Laburnum Croft is in the perfect position for those looking to enjoy the beautiful North Yorkshire countryside, and has fantastic access to central York.

The village of Moor Monkton is quietly situated in an enviable position ten miles from the centre of York and a little further from Harrogate. Surrounded by countryside, this quiet village has a mixture of both traditional and modern builds. A short drive brings you to the elegant spa town of Harrogate where the beautiful architecture, and many well-kept gardens are sure to delight. There are fantastic shops and restaurants here, whilst the surrounding countryside is strikingly beautiful and allows walking enthusiast wonderful opportunities. The historic City of York has much to offer visitors, with its medieval walls, famous Minster and internationally renowned Jorvik Viking Centre. From here there is both easy access to the North York Moors and the popular coastal resorts of Scarborough and Whitby.
