The property has three second floor bedrooms - a double, a twin and a single. There is a bathroom on the first floor, along with the sitting room, and downstairs is the kitchen and dining room. Outside is off road parking for one car, and the front garden has furniture and views over the sea. Northam Beach House makes a wonderful Devon base for enjoying fishing villages, wild tors, theme parks, country gardens and more.

The town of Westward Ho! was made famous in Charles Kingsley's novel of the same name whilst its two miles of beaches retain the prestigious Blue Flag award for cleanliness. The town's impressive golden strand is backed by a unique pebble ridge, which attracts visitors from all over the country. The coastline also offers fantastic bathing and water sports activities. The South West Coastal path and Tarka Trails are situated within easy reach and provide magnificent walks, whilst the Big Sheep Adventure Park and the bustling market town of Bideford are well worth visiting. Bideford itself boasts the renowned Atlantic Shopping Centre, a charming quayside and an impressive medieval bridge. The secluded fishing village of Clovelly also within easy driving distance and offers a maze of cobbled streets, littered with numerous art shops, tea-rooms and craft centres.
