In Newquay, quietly situated on the headland, a ground-floor apartment 200 yards from Little Fistral beach and only 300 yards from Fistral Bay (world famous for surfing) with spectacular 180 degree views out to sea and along the coast - a scene of yachts, crabbing boats, pleasure craft, dolphins and seals: binoculars essential. The South West coastal path is 20 yards away. Shops, restaurants and cafés, about 500 yards.

Inside is light, airy, smart and spacious. Open-plan living/dining room (TV/DVD) with glazed doors to small terrace (table/chairs) opening to private communal lawn, and French windows to a few steps down to lawn; excellent fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washer-drier, microwave, fridge-freezer, gas hob/electric oven) all with French oak laminate floors, terracotta, gold and cream fabrics, light oak table with granite insets and chairs. Hall, off which two bedrooms – a double (5’ bed) with en suite shower-room (suite), and a twin (TV), both with great sea views and French-style maple furniture; bathroom (suite plus hand-shower). An excellent apartment in an exceptional position. Sleeps maximum of 4, including babies. Reserved parking for one car.
