This lovely 2 bed fully air conditioned modern family apartment can sleep up to 4 adults and 2 children.
The spacious ground floor property offers a well equipped living area with stylish modern and comfortable furnishings, a corner sofa which can transform into a comfortable double bed, a chair bed which can become a single bed, LCD T.V and DVD player, there is also a privacy screen.
ALL electrical sockets are the same as UK sockets.
The dining room has a dining table and four chairs but can seat six by bringing in the chairs from the bedrooms.
The fully fitted kitchen has many cupboards, washing machine, large fridge freezer, electric oven and hob and toaster.
The 2 spacious bedrooms, one double and one twin room, are light and airy and each have their own air conditioning units, large wardrobes and there are plenty of cupboards. Linen is included.
The apartment has it's own high pressure water pump and power shower, and luxury bath towels.
The large outside stone terrace has comfortable patio furniture for 6. The private patio to the front, side, and rear is planted with citrus trees and lavender, and catches the sun in the afternoon until sunset, ideal for sipping cocktails and barbequeing.
This quiet and relaxing complex has 2 pools, with the apartment being just far enough away to avoid the summer pool noise.
We have many extras for you to use during your stay which include Iron, Hair Dryer, Cool Box, Beach Towels/Luxury Bath Towels, TV, DVD, range of DVD films and pay as you go Wireless Broadband Internet.
All windows have fitted flyscreens/net curtains.
We can also offer airport transfers, and mid holiday cleans at an additional cost.
Please note we do not rent to same sex groups or people under 25.
Our arrival and departure times are flexible to allow you to get the best flight deals, so no need to get out early, unless we have someone arriving on your day of departure.
We had a fantastic holiday in this lovely clean apartment that had everything we needed. The pool was clean and quiet which was perfect for us. It was ideally situated being between the old town and the Tombs of the Kings road (main road to harbour), making it so easy to get around on foot or by bus. There was plenty of information available in a guests folder in the apartment, including a very useful shortcut to the tombs of the kings road which brings you out right by the bus stops for the harbour or coral bay. There are plenty of lovely restaurants near the apartment like the Farm House Tavern and Muse (old town) and The Moorings (Harbour) and we found the staff were very helpful and polite. The Pit Stop Bar on Tombs of the Kings road ( just past Phuket chinese) was great for our Formula One fix on race weekend!! We would definitely suggest a visit to the Archaeological Park, we had a fantastic day there and the mosaics are incredible. It’s in the open so take plenty of water and sunscreen!! Tombs of the Kings itself is a few minutes’ walk from the apartment and is another great thing to do, as is an excursion up into the hills or to Turtle beach (plenty available by harbour) All in we will defiantly be back as we had a fabulous time and can’t wait to book the apartment again for next year!!
Thanks to our neighbors we enjoyed our stay. Outside we had a grapefruittree from which we could pick more than 40 fruits. The kitchen was small but enough for us. Unfortunatly the view to the sea was taken away since an aprtment-building was in the way. It was close to the old town where you found good restaurants. In the beginning we had some difficulties to find the house but after a while it was no problem. We were adding all together it was nice a place and the price is moderate.
A very nice and spacious apartment, well equiped (only remark: few cooking pans), perfect bed linen, bathroom towels and beach towels. A nice and quiet swimming pool in the compound at about 50 meters.
Paphos has all you need: many bars and (some excellent) restaurants, a nice old town, the harbour, supermarkets, etc., most of them at wlaking distance (15min - 30 min). To make some trips (e.g. to the rock of Aphrodite, Limassol, ...) you may need a rented car. James, the owner, was indeed very responsive (e.g. to emails as we booked). We recommend this apartment to everyone who wants to spend his holiday in the Paphos region.
The apartment was exactly as promised. Very clean and pretty good value for the price. It's a good location being about halfway between the old town & the beach (about 10mins walk either way) . There are bars and restaurants on Tomb of the Kings road which is about 5mins away & the complex has a small (unheated) pool . The owner James was very responsive (e.g. to emails as we booked) & he has a good setup with two neighbors (Ray & Marg) who were both very helpful .
We stayed in this apartment for 10 days. Everything was nearly perfect. The local beach was close to the apartment, ca 10-15min by walk. Also the harbour was reachable by walk, ca 30 min. We had also rental car for visiting some nice monasteries and wineries near Paphos. You may need the car also for reaching more beautiful beaches which are outside Paphos. The apartment was very nice and well maintained. The swimming pool which was just 50-60 meters from the apaprtment was great. Also the neighbours were very friendly.
Our rented villa was placed in the quiet area about 10 minutes drive off the centre of Paphos harbour. The Villa was pleasantly decorated in a modern style, spacious and clean, there were literally everything what you needed for the comfortable stay. Full kitchen equipment, perfect bed linen, bathroom towels and beach towels, even DVDs and a few books!
Rented car is a must there - too far from a good beach, not real to go to the shop by feet (Supermarket in Paphos or Lidl in outskirt of the town). Of course, there are plenty of buses available all day long, nearest bus stop approximately 15 minutes walk. It is a minimum 30 minutes by bus to the decent beach (Coral Bay). On the other hand It is easy to find everything in Paphos and the area, to explore west cost and to go to all sorts of great restaurants if you have a car...
Neighbours were helpful and friendly.
It is a great alternative to traditional package holidays, even 5* hotel would never create an atmosphere of "home away".
Thank you very much for this week! We had no chance to use BBQ this time (it was too hot for that), so we have to come again to in autumn!
CyKing Village benefits from being situated in a lovely quiet location but is also centrally located, just 150 metres away are numerous local bars, tavernas and shops, local car hire, diving center, mountain bike hire and bus stops (frequent buses all along the coast road for just one Euro).
Five minutes walk away is the old town where you can browse the traditional street market or enjoy a traditional meze in one of the local tavernas enjoying panoramic views. The harbour is just a short 15 minute walk away where you can find the water-park and the aquarium as well as fine eateries and a lively nightlife. If you are after something a little more cultural the harbour area is also home to the stunning mosaics-a world heritage site.
Latchi - just up the coast road is a delightful little village next door to Polis worth a day trip out to see the Baths of Aphrodite.
The Kolios Winery. Yes you can wine taste and also book for a very good lunch.
The Akamas. An unspoilt protected wilderness by the sea that incorporates the Lara Turtle Sanctury.
Lemba. Just off the coastal road to Coral Bay is a neolithic village worth a visit and then further on is The Paphos art centre which is full of surprises!
The Troodos mountains worthy of a day out filled with olde world villages and spectacular scenery.
For the sunseekers and adventurous head to Coral bay for blue flag beeches and all the watersports you care to imagine...

To secure the apartment a security deposit of around £100 is necessary, this will transfer into a damage deposit which will be refunded 14 days after departure.
The balance will be paid 50% on booking and 50% 60 days before check in date.
