It is a gorgeous apartment with lots of natural light. You are in the Central part of London having a great access to anywhere you want to go, I love it!

The colours in the apartment are very tranquil which make a great place to work or rest. Brand new double bed. Table could be extended if needed.Lots of storage space. It feel nice and cosy. Free Fiber Optic internet WiFi

CUTE APARTMENT

Our group of six enjoyed our stay in this cute garden apartment - located very conveniently off Finchley Road near a variety of grocery stores and transit. Such an easy tube or bus ride to central London. The apartment is compact but comfortable - plus two newly remodeled baths. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely return on a future trip!

STUDIO APARTMENT APPARENTLY RECENTLY RENOVATED.

Nicely renovated studio apartment (site also has a full apartment, I believe) at ground floor level (first floor for Americans), not basement level. Pleasant Victorian neighborhood of brick attached houses, 5-10 minutes walk from London overground and underground stations (zone 2). Described accurately, very clean. Excellent Italian coffee shop (awaiting restaurant license) and Singaporean restaurant nearby.

PERFECT BASE FOR OUR VISIT TO LONDON!

Our family of five (two adults, three teens) stayed in London for four nights and found this apartment the perfect base for our visit. With our kids getting older (and bigger), we like to have enough beds/space for everyone to sleep comfortably, two bathrooms, and a kitchen to make breakfasts -- and that's very hard to find in London for a reasonable price. This apartment was just the right size for us, and Nicky was the friendliest host! She made us feel very welcome, and made sure we were comfortable with how things worked in the apartment and where things were in the neighborhood.

The apartment was just as described in terms of amenities, location, etc. It was very clean and well-maintained, and the WiFi (very important to my teens!) was super-fast. The beds were comfortable, and it was pleasantly cool in the evenings. There is a lovely garden in the back with beautiful flowers and a couple of chairs to sit outside. And such a quiet location! Despite its convenient location, it is a very quiet neighborhood with no noise at night -- a welcome respite after a long day of sightseeing in the busy, noisy city. There's not a large amount of space or equipment in the kitchen for extensive cooking (nor a table where we could all sit together), but there was certainly enough for having breakfast or snacks. And Nicky was kind enough to provide basic spices and a nice selection of teas and coffee. There are several places to buy supplies very close by, including a Tesco's just a few minutes walk away (we love Tesco's!). We also ate at a Persian restaurant right near the Finchley Road tube station that was excellent.

The location was quite convenient -- it is close to Camden Town, which has very interesting outdoor markets. My girls got some great clothes and souvenirs there, and it was a short bus ride away. It was a ten minute walk to the Tube station on the Jubilee Line, which took us right down to the middle of the city in a few minutes -- we quickly became proficient at getting around on the Tube -- fast and easy! The Oyster Pass made it even easier.

We were VERY happy with our experience in this apartment and would recommend it to anyone unless you want to be right in the middle of the city. We (and especially our kids) were able to enjoy our time in this big city much more because we could relax and recover in a comfortable home base. Thank you very much, Nicky! We hope to be back again in the future!

ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTFUL AND A GREAT DEAL....

It's rare to stay in an unknown city (and a stranger's home) and feel completely "at home" - but that's exactly how I'd describe my experience of renting the studio flat from this owner.

The place was extremely clean, stylish, modern and well appointed with new appliances and very roomy storage space. It's absolutely perfect for 1-2 travelers who want more than your average hotel room (at half the price).

I really appreciated being able to save money by having facilities to cook at the flat, and it is perfectly situated on the tube line to get anywhere in the city (and to any train station) very quickly.

The neighborhood is very safe and has a fabulous grocery nearby, lots of shops and amenities. And you're close to Regent's Park, Primrose Hill, Belsize Park, Hampstead Heath and other lovely neighborhoods (as well as many popular tourist sites).

Perhaps the best part of this flat is the host - Nicky! She was extremely gracious and took extra pains to ensure I could access the suite earlier (and leave a little later) than normal due to my weird travel schedule. She also went out of her way to pick up an iron and board and take care of the other little extras that made me feel like i had 5 star service throughout my stay.

Selfishly, I'd like to keep this place a secret as I'd love to stay here again on a future visit! This is definitely a great deal for anyone who wants a comfy, centrally located value while visiting London.

PERFECT VACANTION APARTMENT

Nicky's apartment is very nice,large and clean one,situated in a quiet residential area,a couple of minutes far from the tube.There are some good food stores and restaurants in the neighbourhood .The pub Old Swiss Cottage is also very ''english'',we were there every evening to drink a beer before going home.
Nicky fullfilled us every small wish,she is a lovely person,so ,dear Nicky,we'll come again and we had allready recomended you to our friends.

From Gatwick Airport-direct train to West Hampstead Thamslink with 'FIRST CAPITAL CONNECT', duration aprox. 1h16min. From West Hampstead walk to the apartment about 20-25min or take one stope by tube to Finchley Rd and walk to the apartment 10min to the apartment.

From Luton, Stanstead-direct bus, duration over 1 hour depending on trafic, to Finchley Rd (Finchley Rd tube station) walk 10min to the apartment.

Located within 30min walk to Regents Park/Primrose Hill, London Zoo and Lords Cricket Ground, you also have the Camden Lock Canal, Stables Market with lots to do in both the day and night. Wonderful restaurants with in 5min walk.

There are also great transport links to and from the West End/City.

The Wellington Hospital is close to the apartment as well as Harley Street if you are looking for somewhere to stay while having treatment.

Nearby parks include Hampstead Heath.
