This superb, secluded, detached villa is surrounded by its own sunny terraces with private BBQ area.
Our holiday home is ideally situated for the sea and the town centre, not far from Burriana Beach.
Lively local bars and any number of casual and fine-dining restaurants all within easy strolling distance as is a supermarket for those days when you prefer to eat in or 'fire-up' the BBQ set on its own terrace overlooking your private pool, ideal for a totally relaxing holiday in the sun.
The fully equipped accommodation has three bedrooms and the bonus of FREE WIFI.
The master double has a full en-suite attached (shower over bath), a further double bedroom and a single room with single bed and direct access to the second bathroom (semi en-suite with shower and toilet).
The large attractive living room is cool and fresh, and the villa benifits from satellite TV featuring (but not limiting to) BBC 1, 2, ITV 1, ITV 2, ITV 3, ITV 4 and Channel 4 and CBS Action, CBS Drama, CBS Reality (please note these channels are subject to change - if you require specifics please contact us to double check!).
In addition there's a CD and DVD player.
Full American kitchen with granite benchtop - oven, hob, extractor, microwave, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, all crockery & cutlery, etc - everything you need.
Coast/Beach: Nerja and the surrounding area offer any number of beautiful beaches. There's even separate beaches further up the coast designated for naturists.
The town of Nerja itself has grown over the years from a small coastal fishing village into the smart resort it now is. Nerja's development has been very carefully overseen in order to keep it special, with many roads pedestrianised during the summer months. There are no 'high-rise' developments here. The flavour of Nerja is that of a sophisticated holiday town aimed at discerning travellers who want quality, choice and the unique experience of the real Spain. as with any Spanish town, Nerja is really 'child-friendly'.
Skiing: Nerja is only one and a half hours by car away from the skiing resort of Sierra Nevada. There you will find everything you could ever want for skiing whatever your level of competence. A bus service to the ski slopes including the facility to hire equipment at discounted prices is organised in the season on a weekly basis by the town of Nerja.
Golf, walking and more: There are numerous golf courses in the immediate vicinity but, be aware that some courses may ask for details of your playing handicap.
Enjoy the picturesque beach walks from Burriana to the Balcon de Europa, and you may stumble accross your very own private beach cove to enjoy.

The villa is ideally situated in a private area close to the town centre, 2 minute's walk from a supermarket and a downhill walk to the beach: 'Playa Burriana', Nerja's largest and most cosmopolitan blue-flag beach. Here you will find every amenity you want to make your holiday experience memorable; bars and restaurants line the beach where beach restaurants barbecue fresh meats, fish, shellfish and vegetables all day and late into the evening. Try the freshly caught sardines cooked the spanish way, or one of their giant paellas cooked over an open fire. The 'Balcon de Europa', situated in the coastal heart of Nerja, is nearby. The whole area comes alive during the evenings where (in summer months) the many restaurants spill out onto the streets when the area becomes traffic-free. Walking distance from the villa you will find the internationally recognised 'Caves of Maro', a 'must see' attraction. A short bus ride into the hills (10 min ride) is the white village of Frigiliana. Known as the' village of three cultures' (Christian, Moorish & Jewish), take a camera!

There is a £200 damage deposit (or 235 euros) which is completely refundable upon inspection of the property. This amount must be paid at the time of your deposit.
